Thank you for visiting.
This time, I made a mini diorama of HGUC1/144 BALL. This kit was built by my son a long time ago and abandoned after playing with it. I completed it with the taste of the 80's and my strange painting method.

Thank you for the insight into your process. I grew up painting models in the 'Eavy Metal style (developed by Games Workshop painting team in the 80s for Warhammer), and would enter the Golden Demon contests in England. Eventually I grew tired of this strict, repetitive technique, and life got in the way, so I stopped painting for 10 years. One day I discovered Kow Yokoyama and his work opened the door to the huge world of Japanese sci fi model painting, and suddenly I was a kid again. Your world is so mysterious, the effects are so interesting! They feel realer than real, and are full of love. I feel privileged to find these videos showing me a wonderful new way to paint models, especially the brush techniques with thinners and lacquer. It's clear that you are a real artist, and it's great to learn from you. Thanks again for these wonderful videos! Cool ball, I hope your son liked it.

@Finn-pe7uj Thank you very much for your very nice comment🙏 Since I was a child, I have been inspired by many professional modelers from the 80's, such as Kow Yokoyama. I was excited to look at model magazines over and over again. The examples in the magazine were so diverse that I was truly drawn to their charm. At that time, everyone was probably searching through trial and error to see how far they could express themselves using the tools they currently had. Nowadays, we see many examples of airbrushed paintings, and it seems that there are also many similar examples. If you have time, try searching for examples of works by Takuji Yamada and Shuhei Matsumoto. It's amazing😄 It looks like I'll have time to make plastic models soon, so please take a look at my next work.

I've been a fan of missile pods since the 80's. Ever since I saw DOUGRAM. Also VOTOMS and MACROSS.I will also attach a missile pod to another plastic model that I will make someday😀

@@tjcreativelife I saw most of those as Robotech haha, but later in the early 2000s though I caught a couple episodes of Robotech in the 90's. I did see all of Macross Plus in 98 and some of BattleTech too! I'd love to try garage kits from scratch but its so hard to get a starting point!

ErgonomicChair 👍 My recommendation is a little minor "Dorvack". Anyway, the powered suit that appears in it is cool. "Xabungle" is good too. A machine with a realistic design will come out. You may have already checked. If you look at this, you may come up with some new ideas for plastic model production. I have never built a garage kit either.
