This is a small tour of the Gunflint Lodge & Outfitters in Grand Marais on the Gunflint Trail on the border of Minnesota and at the Canada. The lodge is on Gunflint Lake. It was 20 min from the end of the Gunflint trail and 50 min from the start of the trail. Very beautiful up there. The rustic cabin we stayed in was very clean. We will be going back.

There is a nice waterfall at the Canadian border (acutally the river has a few waterfalls, but one is rather large and beautiful), I did a walking tour of it with a friend just south of Thunder Bay a few years ago.

My family has property on the Canadian side. We have also seen unexplained lights. Would you be willing to go into more detail with what you saw? We were practically chased while in the boat. I’d love to hear about your experience!
