Secret Service, local police, Pennsylvania State Police and FBI in Pennsylvania failed miserably to stop this attack. These agencies are investigating; are they willing to admit their failures? How could this rooftop not be secured?? Several reports have surfaced that citizens tried to inform law enforcement of this shooter on the rooftop several minutes before the shooting occurred. If this is true, then someone needs to be fired and investigated.

ALL of them failed to do anything with that info in the 3-5 mins they had it. Because SS agents need to have both of their hands free, their bodies are the shields they use to protect their protectees.. Also a level 3 Ballistic shield (rated to stop rifle rounds) weighs about 17lbs, and you can't move effectively with speed lugging a large shield that is also obstructing line of sight to any threat(s)..
