Recorded on location in Los Angeles. We had the opportunity to sit down with a couple of successful trainers whose athlete and celebrity client lists are beyond impressive. Gunnar Peterson, who has been a humble giant this field for decades, graciously invited us into his gym and his home for this conversation. Joining us was Ben Bruno, a newer rising star in the training game. We got them to share their backgrounds, and compare their sometimes contrasting styles of working with clients. What they had to say about goal-setting and motivation could inspire anyone.
