10 years ago it seemed impossible Gunther would win a title let alone the ic championship, now Gunther is the longest reigning intercontinental champion and future world champion.
Gunther made the most of his opportunities he was given in the WWE. He knew he would have to dial in his weight to be pushed and he has n done a great job of it. He looks the part of a heavy weight wrestler
@@MrLnikollojno he doesn’t bro 😭 also, he didn’t “know” that he had to make body changes in order to get pushed… dude was threatened to get fired if he didn’t lose weight. You don’t know what you’re talking about 💀
Gunther has had a hell of a year! From having the longest Royal Rumble time to the longest Intercontinental Champion, it looks like he’ll be in the WWE Hall of Fame in the future.
When he was in NXT we was walter, when he got into the main roster he is now known as gunther,if he loses the IC title he should be named Flunther 😂 and if he gets drafted he should be named Chunther 😂😂😂😂
Walter has been perfect in his style of wrestling, he developed his character well over the years. Not only that, his physique and accomplishments in many promotions prior to WWE. Can't wait to see him wear the big Gold Belt in WWE.
You mean he looked more threatening with those big love handles and chubby look like Eric Cartman ? He actually looks threatening now. Now he’s got the look of an actual general
The first time I met Walter was 2014 in World Xtreme Wrestling. Later he was the headcoach. I‘m happy for him that he became a WWE superstar. He deserved it
Bro the fact that he was a big guy and went through that transformation still surprises me bc it does even look like he was a big guy he lost a lot of weight it’s crazy
Soy fanatico de Kane y esta persona que primera vez que la veia en la lucha libre tiene mucha similitud fisica con él facilmente se colocaba el traje de demonio y podia ser el nuevo Kane.
He used to look like that larger mate in high school you'd never see eat but still maintained his weight. And you wouldn't see them work out but they'd never get tired and had infinite energy. Good guys, them. Gunther just looks like a chill guy.
Literally i did not like him in the WWE main roster debut, but oh my after watching his matches and how he elevates his opponents, he is one of my favourite wrestlers And he has given 4-5 (including NXT and NxT UK) Five Star matches already in WWE, I think most of any wrestlers in WWE history
Vince was in charge when he got promoted to the main roster, so he pulled the good old squash match tactic to push him. Same move set, same finish every time. That changed when Hunter took over.
I remember Gunther saying he only lost the weight because he signed with WWE. He thought because he was signed with them, he should take this very seriously and began this AMAZING transformation into who he is today.
