I love how you included the images of the pad and menstrual cup with blood on. I think its really important to teach women and men that their period blood is ok and doesn't have to be disguised; like in those stupid adverts which show blue liquid. YOU GO GIRL
Lucy Jo I think the reason it's blue liquid in adverts is because they might get flagged for showing blood I guess because blood is associated with violence

did you know that someone in China discovered that while on their periods women have much more strength ? they made women on periods go into some sports match even when they are in pain
Okay idk about anyone else but when I'm on my period my vagina LITERALLY physically hurts. Like it does a thumping type of pain as if it's really sore, happens to my friend too lol

when I get my period, I either want all the food in the world, or I don't get hungry at all and end up skipping meals. Also, I usually don't get mood swings/ my emotions aren't messed up at all. I guess I'm just really lucky XD
I somehow never feel pain, get super emotional or want to eat 10 packages of ice cream on my period. It's still annoying cuz I always have to throw away some underwear 😑😑

Not only do I get very bad cramps but every time I'm on my period I get horrible cold like symptoms tons of sneezing and coughing nonstop all day and all night long with a slight fever and sweating! Not sure why I do this but it happens every time!!! 😣
I feel sensitive to light, my vision blurs, I get diarrhea, I get anxiety,I wanna puke, my taste feels weird, I'm nauseous, I get body acne, my body feels shaky and my head feels heavy. I also feel weird down there. I hate period.😖
They're so much better than tampons! Not only do tampons test on animals, they are treated with harsh chemicals to make them whiter which are bad for our bodies, they create a lot of waste which is bad for the environment, and you have to buy them all the time and thus spend a lot of money on your period. Menstrual cups solve all these problems.
Jocelyn Sun It's the BEST invention EVER!!! Ever since I switched to cups: No more cramps, no more irritation of my walls, no more messing around with menstrual products while I'm on the go. In reality, tampons are the grossest thing out there. They suck up everything that's in you, then everything gets mixed and mingled together and then that soaked thing stays inside your body, the fabric giving all kinds of bacteria the best base to grow... Just the smell when you pull such a thing out of your body... just disgusting. Cups are clean, odorless and (when used correctly) 100% leak proof. So, basically, that's why they exist.
Idk if this is normal but today I just started my period and my stomach hurt for most of the day. It hurt like hell. When I did exercise, it made everything worse and I felt dizzy and I was almost about to pass out. My stomach pain wouldn't go away and I also got a fever.
I need someone to answer this please. so I was on the bathroom and I peed bloode right, I thought I was on my period. A few hours later I go back to pee and my pee is back to normal. Is it normal? Please tell me of something is wrong or if its normal. Im kinda scared its not normal.
For the first one its weird cause when im on my period its opposite, like today I had bad cramps with my period and I had a math test then I got 100% on it
I have TMJ but my TMJ only gets painful when I get my period and then my TMJ goes away when I finish my period. I also get emotional and get a lot more anxious and fearful when I'm on my period.
Ever since I started my period, I've never gotten cramps or experienced any real type of pms. Does this mean something is wrong with me? Will I still be able to have children and stuff?? btw I've had my period for almost 3 years. Also, I've grown boobs but I still have very small nipples, and you can barely even see them when i'm wearing no bra. Is that normal for me to have breast development but no real development in my nipple area and it's been more than 3 year post puberty?
I have tip when you're on your period you will crave junk food so whenever you wanna get a McDonald's don't try and make a smoothie or a milkshake it will also decrease the tummy cramps

another common thing that happens to me and to other women was on our period you might feel a bit more sexually active than normal.. which is a common thing.. and the best way to handle it even when you are cramping is to take care of it either yourself or if you and your s/o are cool with it or want to try it out.. period sex is a good way to calm the cramps away along with any sexual activeness at that time ^ ^ v P.S. also guys who have done period sex with a girl (with honest consent from both ends of course) and enjoyed it get what they used to normally that "they earned their red badge of courage" or how some people call it now "their red/crimson blood wings" .. imo that last one sounds more bad a$$ to be 100% honest.. P.P.S. if you and/or your s/o aren't down with that option though it's fine there are both guys and girls who aren't up for it for many reasons (sometimes they could be a lil questionable though) but if it's not your thing whether you have tried it or rather not at all want to.. that's fine too. And if they are into it but you aren't please voice it out clearly and tell them to respect your wishes and body .. same goes if they aren't into it and you are... respect and trust are needed in any close enough relationship. P.P.P.S. If it's a religion thing but you still want to try it but are in touch with your religious beliefs.. some of it's outdated and does put women down as lesser beings then men (by the way the bible was written by human men just saying)... but if you rather not for your religion, it's all fine and good... but if you want to maybe "sin" a lil go ahead.. I'm not gonna judge ya (fyi in Judaism it's a sin for guy to do it with a woman on her cycle.. but I know of a few guys who are spiritually Jewish, Just/Non-religious, or half and have done it and they don't regret it and feel kind of like a bad ass too for doing it :P)
