Gurnee FD Arriving on Scene of a Rubbish Fire in Gurnee, IL 

The Lake County Sheriff's Office, Gurnee PD, Gurnee FD, and Grayslake FPD responded to a report of a possible structure fire in the area of US-45 & Dada Dr in Gurnee, IL. The call was transferred from the Lake County 911 Emergency Communications Center to the Gurnee Dispatch Center. The caller reported seeing a possible house on fire in the area, but no exact location was given. The Lake County Sheriff's Office arrived on scene with several rubbish fires in the 35500 block of Knowles Rd. Fires crews observed a header in the area, and found no house involved on US-45. Fire crews arrived on scene in the 35500 block of Knowles Rd and found several rubbish fires with no exposure to the house. This incident occurred on 02/08/20 at around 10:20 AM.
