They're Pakora not fritters, trust me i'm a Brit. Even the Indian lady clearly stated it was a pakora. Outside of India Britain is the place to go for Indian food, Indian restraunts and take aways on almost every corner.

Kadhi Pakoda is one of my FAV but in INDIA the pakodas making is different , I mean the Pakoda should be very spongy and after cooking the Pakodas, then the Pakodas will be dip in the Kadhi Sauce . Then it is served . but this also looks tasty and if locals are enjoying it then i think its great.
