I don't stan the Palak Paneer slander when all of their other dishes practically came along with the same flavour profile.

I swear Brits only know like 5% of Indian Food and that all 5% is all from North India. This is the reason I am not liking any "foreigners try Indian food" videos because I bet it's only all about Naan, Biryani, Chicken tikka or Butter Chicken and Palak paneer

As an Indian, I wish they could try and taste alll the other variety of food that we Indians have to offer other than the yellow curry that is mostly seen in shaadis.

I don't understand how this people who eats boiled foods rates 6 or 7 to Indian dishes 😂

The way Buzzfeed chose their most uncultured people for this video 😂

Someone introduce them to Bangalore masala dosa, Chennai idli sambar, kerala fish curry, Andra biryani and goan vindoloo. I love Naan too but there's better stuff!!!

Why is everyone ordering rice and naan/roti. Its like everyone is following a template 😂. Some version of rice + some version if naan + a curry + a thing of your choice.

Nobody got anything too spicy. I expected at least a madras but a vindaloo would have been interesting to watch 😂

As an Indian, I already know this is either going to be so painful that I'll have to cut the video short or they might actually have some good orders this time other than the four banal things that people always order.

I am completely on board with Ada's assertion that sweet foods and savory meals (ie lunch and dinners) should not be combined.

Well you want an Indian feast lemme give you an Indian feast then. Here's the order. Start with rumali roti with a side of pepper chicken gravy,chicken tikka skewer, Tandoori chicken leg, raita,brinjal khatta, Chicken 65,fried eggs,dalcha on the side. A delicious Mutton briyani for the main dish. And to finish it off Bread halwa and Firni. After these have a Cool soda. It'd be the best Indian meal you'll ever have

Drooling. I’m gluten free & in the states- my Indian order is usually tandoori chicken & aloo gobi. Sometimes paneer. Chicken curry is amazing too

I'm Indian, living in India. None of those savory foods are supposed to be sweet. They've just added the sweetness for the English and American tastes.

That was a terrible restaurant to use, all their curries look the same, and they cook the prawns in its shell??? so now you have to use your hands to get the meat out in the curry. Got to eat it naked, curry stains.

What would be interesting is have the BuzzFeed India gang rate their orders and then have BuzzFeed UK rate there iconic British take away orders. Ada excellent attitude who can complain when someone else is paying for the meal. :) Now BuzzFeed give some thought to my suggestion about the collaboration.

Go for dishes from North East India if you ever find them in your country and then be surprised how different that tastes than what you have ever eaten as a part of Indian cuisines.

Just understand one thing abt Indian food it's not always spicy it should be flavourful and very tasty and even a little aromatic

Ada's order was my favorite in this video. My usual Indian takeaway order is; a keema naan (I eat it as my starter), plain basmati rice and chicken madras or chicken dopiaza as my main, and, occasionally, a sweet lassi to drink.

Lots of very mild dishes here. Would be good to see some spicy ones too. Saying that, I personally love creamy, buttery curries, but that's because I'm not a big fan of the tomato-based ones. I love a butter chicken balti or murgh mahkani 🥰

Guys.. Thanks you tried Indian food.. Little corrections.. It's Papad not papadam.. It's Pulav not pilav.. And Indian food makes spicy.. not mild spicy or sweet.. It's should be spicy.. And guys we have thousands of verity in veg food and you can't imagine how many dishes in non vegetarian food.. You should try some are those.. Thanks again.. And keep it up 🙏🏻 Namaste

As an Indian, it's disappointing when restaurants miss the mark with overly sweet curries! Either the restaurant has added too much sugar to balance all the spices or too many onions, which has drowned all the other flavors. While these are a few of my favorite foods, it's sad that you all had the sweeter versions rather than the actual ones, which have layers of flavors! Nevertheless, it was adorable to watch you all eat our cuisine and wait for your thoughts! Next time do try the various other delicious food India has to offer!! ♥️

I relate to first girl. I hate anything sweet in curries. (These are not called curries in India by the way, I am just using the "curry" word for my non-Indians Indian food lovers, curry is a separate dish by the way). In India as well some restaurants put sugar in some curries which defeats the whole point of eating curry. It suppose to be a flavour bomb even when it is less spicy it should be tasty, sugar or jaggery should be used only for spice balance. Some restaurant use it as a main ingredient which is weird. If you guys are reading this message, please try Chhole Bhature , Rogan Josh or Misal Pao or all 3 next time. Oh my god you all will love it. Make it the way Indians make for that Extra Punch. Plain rice or roti or naan will be good with all 3.
