Does it have to be mixied in hot water?

The hot water helps to dissolve it quickly but it’s not necessary you can use room temperature water just have to make sure it’s dissolved

vanessa Ram it’s something that they use in Guyana to flavor the colored icicles it’s similar to the kool aid mix but a little stronger
