I herd with people who have play local show in michigan where I'm from once Cole left there final shows they were playing for crowds of 30 or less peole
4 years late but they did a reunion show like 8 years ago with probably 200 people in a shitty as warehouse. Was pretty fun. Haste the day did their reunion like a month later as well
Its sad how most AMAZING bands don't end up going as far as they should. The scene has fallen to the image and no longer the sound. I'm just happy I grew up in the golden age of post-hardcore, hardcore & metalcore.
I come here every once in a while to remind myself of how resilient i've been and to remember those days when i used to play this song to gather some strenght to get myself through the day.
YOU MAYNEVER MAKE IT BACK GWEN STACY, BUT WE WILL NEVER FORGET. Just like you said, but damnit come back already. No reason for you to NOT make it back to MAKE YOUR STAND
where i stand: Cole Wallace was the heart of the band, just something about the desperation in his voice was unique, and was complimented by the soothing back up vocals. The music was about personal experience, faith and standing up for things. I don't know WHO wrote the lyrics for The Life I Know, but it was thoughtful stuff. "Sleeping In The Train Yard" was just about the most powerful stuff to me personally.
this is amazing the music we have today isnt as good as in the past what happened to the good old days when rock existed man no we have all these new singers that arent even rock.punk, alternative, emo, screamo, metal, heavy, dark, death, hardcore, doom, hard, soft, classic, power, black, blues,,glam, general, electronic, christian, and many other types of rock.
This song gave me the chills just listening to it. This band own's!!!!! A mixure of Norma jean breaks and throw in a little day to remember fricken toxic. Yes!!!!!!!!!! Christ Reigns.
haha man i miss these guys i used to go to there shows at the emerson in indiana. those were the days. ghost of maine mane. all of em. good shit good shit.
im not christan but i still like this band and can respect them cos they are standing up for what they believe in. wither its christianity, straight edge, Trust & loyality, Athieism, w/e. Hardcore is all about standing up for what you believe in.
I fuckin love these guys saw them up at a local venue in Dallas, Ga with The Devil Wears Prada, White Chapel, and Maylene and the Sons of Disaster and they were sick live.
