+Arozua Oscy is actually right - the one with the longer and straighter hair is more of a modern take on the MOD 60's fashion. The curly short hair is more of a 50's inspired look.

Gwen is not trying to be Marilyn and Marilyn was not the first to do all these poses and hairstyles. Marilyn was never original, she was just a very successful product mix of a lot of other products. And yes, products. What we see are never the person who they really are, and Marilyn Monroe was nothing else but a product while Norma Jeane didn't look like she enjoyed it all as she did at first.

Alherya Bennet I am talking about how those photoshoots are exactly the same as the ones MM did, to a T. Have you not seen Marilyn's photoshoots? So yes, Gwen IS copying her.

And Marilyn Monroe posed as many other women did before, so Gwen is actually not copying Marilyn but all those women before Marilyn.
