@@uclamnguyen1459 Defeat being a loose term, nothing stops the Man of Glass from returning and in a straight fight, Geralt would get a spoon through his eye.
Maybe a main quest that explained by doing all of the side quest so we may have an epic journey and adversary in a form of Gaunter O'Dimm? That would be good.
@@CockroachStomper If you do the spotted wight quest (La cage au fou) in the Blood and Wine DLC there is a part where you can hear Gaunter O'Dimms theme play in the background, hinting at him being involved in or even responsible for the curse
Been thinking, the piper part.could it be about the folklore,of the piper that drove off the mice of a city, then proceeded to steal all the children cuz he was refused his pay?that would be typical o'dimm
the phrase “pay the piper” means to face the (negative) consequences of your actions. sometimes this is in the form of paying a debt, sometimes in worse ways. if you tricked him at the end of hearts of stone, you annoyed him - he didn’t forget, and it’s time to pay the piper.
Were it not for the books, what CDPR has created in Gaunter O'dimm makes you wonder just how much of the evil seen in the world of the Witcher could actually come from him, indirectly, of course.
There probably isnt much chance but i would be so glad if they put him in the show. I mean they are already not following the books at all so this would be a change i think lots of people would like.
@@sultankebab1587 Well, since I first saw Eskel Vs Caranthir fight, I was huge fan of him. Even looked out how he got his scars. And after what I saw in season 2, I think "they are not following books" are too kind words to that mess they created :/. (And I'm not counting the fact that they maybe replace Cavil)
@@Big-BossX Krishna is a Hindu God. He loves to play flute and is often seen in that pose in many arts and pictures. Idk if it was intentional or a coincidence that Gaunter O Dinn (am I spelling right?) also makes that pose
If i remember correctly the dawnfall of gwent started since this expansion comes out. This is when they introduce many broken cards who breaks the balance of the game
