Why the card game was changed from the original game !? The game had 3 positions to play cards. And then they leave only 2.

It needed lots more details if it ever were to become a stand alone card game. Its now way more complicated compared to Witcher game, but still you will get hold of everything as you play along.

AD KN no it didn’t. It was freaking perfect and simple the way it was in W3.... they didn’t have to change a goddamn thing. Games don’t have to be tediously complex to sell.... if that were true chess and checkers would’ve never lifted off or poker and black jack. Etc. no need to freaking fix what ain’t broken. Pisses me offf cause I finally find a simple card game I like & of course card nerds have to be like “OH let’s make it more complex cause people will just get bore & I need more more more “ >:o

Also i dont think this youtuber knows wat sacrificing his cards to spawn or summon higher hp cards and what thrive actually does. Thrive increases hp by however much usually 1 if u place stronger cards hp cards either on tht row with it or just anywhere on the 2 lines. Sacrificing the egg gives u a 5hp harpy. I will say tho using the necrophage to summon out 1 instead of killing it 1st was something i never thought of doing myself. But still kill the egg if u can get another after summonig 1 from its deathwish so u have 2 5hps instead of a 5 and a 3

6:44- why didnt the guy read his card properly it says ranged fir a reason. The tutorial thingy on the game also tells u avout this and its says archer and ranged so why didnt he throw it at the back where he wouldve won the game

For some reason I’m so much better at it on PC than on mobile. Maybe cuz the screen is big and having the physical mouse button move around everywhere gives me a placebo affect or something idk 😂

I much prefer the Witcher 3's version of the game, never liked the overboard special effects and sound effects in these type of card games, whereas the original's were more subtle and satisfying, think i'll give this a pass.

I don’t understand what is the point of passing when one can play an additional card and add extra points to the cards total?

Every game has 2 rounds each match(3 if both players win one round) you play with your remaining cards from the previous round. You also get a few cards in rounds 2 and 3 from your deck. People pass without winning the match even if they can to save up good cards to win the next round/s, to get more cards or to redraw bad cards. Also, when you start round 2 or 3 you get cards from your deck and not already used cards from the previous round(all used cards are removed from the battlefield except for the ones which have the ability to stay for the next round). Hope this helps. Edit: Also the guy playing doesn't know what he's doing.

Of course nerds had to change it up and make it more complex or different than it’s perfect simple iteration on Witcher 3.... I would’ve paid like $300 for just the simple Witcher 3 iteration online MP or local on phone apps.... that’d be an awesome ass app! And of course I don’t mind if they let u choose either simple card Witcher 3 version or have the little animated figured in place of cards on the “board” but to change it up is so stupid. What’s the point of calling it the same name....

@@chocho6766 It was like the Witcher 3 in its beta version, and played better in the beta version than the witcher 3 Gwent. Then they decided to change it when Thronebreaker released and that kinda ruined it for me
