Hi Dan you say set the intake gap is wider than the exhaust! But you set the intake gap smaller than the exhaust ! And i went back twice to check what you had said ! But thank you for the video it was very helpful

Question? I have new a9 cam and installed them in on a big bore kit. But when I tried to adjust my rocker arms. They seem to have a much of a gap. A little too much gap where I can't even adjust them. My cam lobes are facing the motor. And when I out on the rocker arms they have too much play. So I flipped the cam over and I was able to adjust them.

sir its that okay to use stock camshaft without camshaft stopper plate?

How many pounds on the torque wrench ?

Daniel,have you tried installing a regular 157qmj head on a 1p57qmj.i would say it might be ok since the difference is very small.Will the chain tensioner make up for the timing chain slack?

What was the torque wrench on that an if it was a two stroke what would be the torque on a 1E40qmb 49cc I just ruined mine used foot pounds 10 now I'm told I need inch pound's like 130 I got a couple of two stroke engine's but I just got a 150 and I like your video's but the 150 is for a gocar I can't put brakes on it and I no if I could wield it.

What your opinion on using the taidia T-one cam in a A block with the taidia 61mm drop in kit , it currently has an a13 cam and tops out in the low 50s at a max rpm of around 7k , while I love the low end torque ,I'm hoping this t one will be good fit all round , in a hypothetical would you change the cam lol , 30mm cvk style carb and aftermarket pipe ,running a tad rich, please it only hypothetical now lol

I have a 150cc GY6(1P57QMJ), the flywheel has exact same markings as yours, however when I set TDC by using a dowel through the spark plug hole the first line before the T is approx. 10mm past the alignment mark on the case? at this setting my camshaft marks are slightly off by one link, if I set TDC by the T mark method the camshaft is in alignment but the piston is not exactly at TDC, it is slightly before. I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure the camshaft alignment should be done when at TRUE TDC by using the dowel method, I can't help but think the engine timing is set one tooth out from factory.

Please I need your Help : I have set up a new gaskets for my GY6 150cc then after all that : I turned on the Scooter on the idle screw without opening more gas. but it works not regulary : while it is in the kick stand the rear wheel stops then moves slow then a little speed then stops the biggest problem is that the sound of the scooter is like AK47 Rifle you can hear it from 500 meters away . I suspected the Stator or Spark plug itself then the Gas Mixture screw maybe need to be closed a little : also I suspect that the Exhust need a New Gasket to make the soun lower ,, please tell me what is that Problem ?
