जय शिव जय श्री राम मेरे पिता एक बहुत अच्छे बॉडीब्विल्डर थे मेरा भाई वीटलिफ्टर एक अच्छा ट्रेनर है मैं भी कई सालों से जिम जा रहा हु हर मुसीबत से निपटने में जिम ने ही मदद की है sir मैं एक डांसर भी हु दोनो ही एक्टिविटी से फायदा ही होता है हा मौत आनी ही है तो कही भी आ सकती पर सावधानी जरूरी है

जिम जाना गलत नहीं है,, सही ट्रेनिग लेना चाहिए,, और कोविड की वैक्सीन के बाद हार्ट अटैक बढ़े हैं,, चाहे कोई भी फिजिकल हार्ड वर्क कर रहा हो वो गिर जाता है और उठता नही,,

Gym ek bahot wider word hai. Agar Gym me cardio nahi kar rahe to fir Gym kisi kaam ka nahi. Weight lifting exercise aur fitness ka koi lena-dena nahi hai. Wait lifting se sirf muscle mass badhta hai , jo heart pe pressure daalta hai to pump more blood. isliye cardio zaruri hai wo bhi ek limited intensity ka aur lambe samay ke liye. Cardio heart ki exercise hai aur swimming bhi.

जिम करने से फोकस बढ़ता है स्टैमिना स्ट्रैग्थ या कॉन्फिडेंस बढ़ता है पढ़ाई भी करो लेकिन पैरास्नेलिटी बीजीआई अच्छी होने चाहिए रोजाना 45 मिनट वर्कआउट करो तो कुछ न कुछ होगा
