For those who feel anxious at their first day, yesterday, It was my first day at the gym. The instructor told me to sit on the bench for the chest workout. I sat down but my face facing opposite.
Ahhh I remember my first day at the gym, I felt like I was being judged only to realize that the gym goers were watching me with pride and joy in their eyes because another human being is trying to be the better if not the best version of themselves.
I'm 17 now when I joined the gym at the end of 16 I was same as he is in this video , firstly my father told me to go gym , I was sacred and thought that people would laugh at me , they would judge my body , my father took me to the gym for my admission. I went , it was my first same same as this guy in video , even less weight for me was too much at that time , after 5 to 6 days , I gained intrest in gym , but after 15 to 20 days later my gym trainer told me to lift weights , dumbbells etc , I got Soo much intrest in gym , first I used to go to the gym at 8 in the morning , but later I used to go 5 in morning , I bought whey protein , I followed each and every step of my gym trainer , the diet and all , after 5 months I noticed change in my body , I was having a perfect shape and was feeling very healthy and life was going very well till Corona entered in India , the gym were closed and my training was fuxked up , I was unable to do much training at home where in gym it was easy to do , but I practiced and now in the next month I'll join the gym again . So you should be motivated every time , it's now like you have to be bodybuilder in your future or as a career the thing is to look smart , feel healthy and many more advantages of gym. That's all .

Guys He did well For His First Day..❤️.. literally 70-80% can't do that much..guy literally put all his best efforts...and thank you sir for this video..was very helpful...today was my fist day..but I was practicing with my 5kg dumbell for each arm at home so I was confident and was doing exercises with 20-25kg..and no one said anything..but from tomorrow I'll do it with 10-15kg.. video was really helpful ❤️..Gotta Subscribe for it❤️.
The biggest tip I can give anyone that I was taught from my PT is to ALWAYS ALWAYS relax your shoulders!! Back straight, chest out, shoulders back, chin slightly up and relax them shoulders cause if you don’t, it’s gonna really mess you up when you’re doing them certain arm workouts. That’s was my biggest issue and I was always in pain until I got a PT and he corrected me.
