I love exercising, weight lifting 🏋️♀️ is my go to. As I get older I am experiencing all the aging nicks and bumps, the low endurance and think more to follow.
I am experiencing all the symptoms of aging but I am also experiencing the awesome benefits of my weight training exercises even though I also find that just by the aging mechanism I am restricted to go crazy or full beast mode as when say in my 20s - 30s and even 40s.
Actually scientists are saying that humans age significantly faster in two sudden burst - at age 44 and 60. My god I can’t escape this unless I die, but I don’t want to die yet.
