Hello Mera, Thanks for ur video. I started 2 weeks ago with 94 kg. I do this exercise; fasting, with low carb diet. I lost 5 kg for only 2 weeks. I will try very hard my target weight is 65 kg for 3 month.
My current weight is 59kg, goal weight is 48kg. I will do it for 1 week and update you. Done it 1st week see visible changes. My back has become little smaller. My shoulder has become lean alot. Excellent exercise. But my belly is same😂. 2nd week day 1: done

I start my day first with a drink...I drink warm water with lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, chia seeds (you can use honey If you want) For breakfast I eat a bread and an egg For lunch I eat a small amount of rice vegetable and curry with fish or meat (For snacks, you can eat fruits or low calorie biscuits) And for dinner sometimes I eat only salad (sometimes I skip my dinner) (I'm sorry If there is something wrong In my English)

You know, this workout is a bomb! I have been doing Mira’s workouts for about two weeks and I can tell you that it works your belly like no others! @@mathildet835 hello. I have minimal exercise as a month passed by since I commented this due to my hectic schedule in school, business, and other stuff. However, I'm happy to say that even within a month I'm having this zumba, I managed to lose a weight from 58.5 to 56 (last time I checked was on September 21). I think it's still a good progress 😊. Now I'm 62kg and my goal is 55kg and I'm gonna do this for a week and I will share my results ✨ The result: I'm saying the true results guys it's according to my body everyone has different body so try ur best until achive ur goal and now I'm result according to 1 week I lose 3kg and in 2nd week I lose 2kg but at 2nd week I was eaten a lot as unormally but I still lose weight and now I'm 57kg now
This is to someone who is struggling to lose weight..... Please read this to end coz I have been trying to lose weight for a long time....😢 I gained weight when I was 18 and was out of my hostel Life. I'm 24 years now. In these years, I tried cutting carbs, eating less, utube workouts, HIIT, bodyweight, yoga, gym workout, intermittent fasting etc. I just never wanted to like follow a strict diet and go to gym coz it will not sustain in a happy way. At some point I'm gonna stress about it. And stress is also a main thing in my weight gain. I understood these things now. If you wanna lose weight in a faster way, go for personal training in gym. It is super effective. If you want a lifelong fitness, go for yoga. It takes time but it is soo good for your body and mind. If you don't find you doing either of these, I think you are a zumba person like me. Find your favourite songs and workout in that songs. I'm damn sure, it gives you double energy to do workout. It's true, when you enjoy the workout with ur fav song, you can push your limits and it will benefit you. So I found my safe place. Doing zumba, i burn a lot of calories and I can feel the burn. But I can't push to this level if I am doing yoga or gym......so u r not alone.... Find ur suitable thing and go burn it.... Anyone reading this comment, please share your story or what you are feeling...
I was looking for such a long time a workout that was not hard on my bad knees, fun, but makes me sweat. Also the music is the best! I'm so greatful I found it. Thanks so much for these great workouts!
i’m 5’2 and very over weight. i’m pairing this with a pilates workout that i do every other day (i will do it everyday when i’m ready). i’m going to add a star for every day that i do this. 🌟🌟 🌟🌟 when i first started doing this, i needed to take a break at 15 minutes to drink water and catch my breath. today, after my 4th time i was able to go through the whole thing. small steps 🌟
