Hey guys welcome back, in this video I go over my 7 must know factors/tips that you should know prior to training with gymnastic rings. You have a good day Hello, I would like to share the following message with you. And please do not ignore the following message is from Jesus to you because he loves you very much Adam and Eve sinned in the beginning, and the result was the total loss of a perfect human life, which is why human beings fail and make mistakes. Then How can we spend eternity in heaven? How can a person be saved? If we are imperfect, we would not deserve it.... It took another perfect human life to pay the price So it was....!!!! A long time ago approximately 2021 years ago a boy named Jesus was born who was and is the son of God Jesus was born on this earth with a special purpose that was to give his perfect life to pay for our sins he grew up was a carpenter preached the word of his father and fulfilled his purpose when at 33 years old he sacrificed himself to pay for our sins and thus give us life he died to pay for the sins of you, me and the whole world so that through his death we have forgiveness of sins and eternal life With him forever because after paying for your sins and dying on the cross he rose from the dead with power and glory and he now lives and right now he knocks on the door of your heart and if you open it you will have eternal life and he will live Always in your heart What are you waiting for? Make the decision to accept Jesus Christ in your heart and be happy praying “Heavenly Father, I know that I have sinned against you and that my sins are separate from you but I believe that your Son, Jesus Christ died for my sins and rose again and among the dead, he is alive and hears my prayer so I ask your forgiveness for my sins I accept you Lord Jesus as my Savior and Lord of my life please write my name in the book of life and may it never be erased thank you Christ Amen If you prayed that prayer with all your heart trust that you are saved from eternal damnation in hell and that now you have eternal life and all your sins are blotted out and everything is new through Jesus What should you do now? read the bible daily Attend a Christian church where the word of is preached and be baptized in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit

I really enjoyed watching your video, there are many helpful tips. I started arms exercises on a stable pull up bar which is near my home, but i wanted to buy gymnastic rings to exercise at home. I don't need to get very muscular but i need to get some strength in my core and arms to stabilize my spine (i have a bulging disc).
@BodyweightProcess
@BodyweightProcess 2 года назад
Gymnastic rings are worth the investment in my opinion. I have a bulging disc as well (C5-C6), consistent rehab and avoiding exercises that aggravate it have helped me out so far. For working on stabilization aspects rings can be very effective. Just the most versatile tool for training the upper body. I have a link in the description for a solid pair of rings if you ever end up wanting to purchase a pair 👍🏼 Thanks for watching !

I'm puzzled bc, altho I'm not an athlete, I've been in relatively good shape, hwp most of my life (mainly due to manual labor, decent diet, etc) and now that I recently started basic strength training and looking into calisthenics, despite big arms and back, -30 good pushups and a couple dozen dips, I can't do a single pull-up lol. Only recently I looked into how to improve that (if only by ONE, SMH) but I'm wondering what the problem area is to focus on. Like you recommend, when and IF I get to 5, I plan on getting some rings. Great vid, btw, very watchable! Saved and subd. Thank you.
@BodyweightProcess

Those are some solid numbers for your pushing work, time to put some focus on your pulling. I actually made a vid/program you can follow specifically for helping develop your pull ups if you ever want to check it out and give it a shot 💪-> ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-jIOg9FdYwXM.html&si=2bTFDwaRuppJHZh_ Hopefully that helps, if not there are plenty of solid routines out there to help build your pull ups. @@BodyweightProcess Your videos are perfect, I explored them directly after commenting, and again, for me, are more chill and watchable than the rest I've seen. Idk if you said this but i guess I only developed the muscles that got trained -used a lot, and left the rest behind, and missing a key pull-up muscle,maybe born w/out it lol. I have shoulder and back injuries before, which is mainly why Im trying to start working out . Idk but I'm going to follow your vids and follow up. Thanks a lot!

I have wrist pain on my right wrist and I am considering buying rings but I am concerned I'll end up injuring my wrist, thoughts??? Thanks.
@BodyweightProcess
@BodyweightProcess 2 года назад
I don’t know the cause, but rings may help if the pain occurs when applying pressure during wrist extension (example, push ups on the floor). You could try using rings or parallettes that’ll keep your wrist in a locked/neutral position and see if that pain still occurs. Regardless I’d personally tackle that issue while making adjustments in my training using positions that won’t continue to aggravate it. Including some wrist mobility/strengthening work could be helpful as well. If changes don’t seem to help it’s worth seeing a physical therapist if possible 👍🏼

Everyone reacts so differently to the rings from my experience, so no worries there Im not sure what you tried but the 360 degree rotation of the rings can allow for a more suitable position for your joints making an exercise feel a bit more comfortable (although the instability is still a challenge) Thanks for watching 💯

@@BodyweightProcess I think it's the same reason that makes them hard made them perfect for me, the instability was more like a flexibility to me and allowed me to put out more strength than I would normally do without rings and of course while keeping correct form. @BodyweightProcess
@BodyweightProcess 3 года назад
Assuming this is all on the rings? Sounds like these are one set attempts if I’m not mistaken. Not sure what your routine is, but sounds like you should start working at lower intensities and accumulating reps in sets. Here’s an example: For dips (assuming your max is 7 reps) try performing 3-5 reps for 3-5 sets with 2 minutes of rest between each set. You’ll accumulate more total reps without fatiguing in one set (ex. 3 sets of 5 = 15 reps) overtime work towards increasing the rep/set scheme developing strength in that exercise. This can be applied to the other exercises assuming your trying a full upper body workout. Honestly worry less about how many of you can do in a row for now. Full body workouts 2x-3x a week with gradual steps sounds like a good idea, continuing to push your max reps daily will only regress your progress. Programming is what you need my friend. Thank you for watching 💯

@@BodyweightProcess I'm tall, close to 6 6 and abou 198 pounds. I've never been stong and I have 2 minor health problems, a hernated disc and something i can't translate about me shoulder. The thing is ring trainning "cures" them both cause there isn't pressure on either of them. I've been doing rings for about 3 months now and I as strong as I was after the first weeks. I'm trying the body by rings program, finished phase 1 but I don't think my body is meant to do pull/push that intense. Full body seems to work better but since I am not an expert I can't tell. I'm going for two weeks now to the gym just to rest from rings and when I come back, should I continue with the body by rings program ? It is already quite advanced, mantle chin ups are a no no :)
@BodyweightProcess
@BodyweightProcess 3 года назад
@@MosCraciun777 Body by rings is a bodybuilding program, it might be too excessive for you currently. Low intensity full body workout 2x-3x a week with gradual progress (that does not cause pain or prolong your injuries) might suit you better in my opinion. Gaining strength takes time and a gradual approach 👍🏼

Grip strength/ ring size is wrong, false grip is different and its what you actually use. Rest is all true. The key is start straight arm (planche, cross, etc) asap. This is because it takes FOREVER and is absolutely impossible to just "transition" to. I avoided this critical error, but many do not.
