Would you recommend the gzcl method for general strength training (just wanting to get strong in the big 3)? Or just for people who have goals to compete?

Most awesome thing about your videos is that you post the lbs and kg, bless you. And how can you still bench so tight when you just did rows? If I do that, the bar will just fall on my chest because my lats cant support it.

All new programmes have 1/week curls, and 2/week rows. Is that enough or are you supposed to add extra back exercises on top of that?

Hey cody im running the UHF 5 week cycle, which feels great so far. I was just wondering if i were to do another cycle, what would i base my training max for cycle 2 on? Im sure you've answered this so sorry if its a repetitive question. Thanks!

Firstly, those forearms are poppin' like crazy mayn. But more importantly what would you say are the pitfall of someone following your GZCL pyramid guidelines for rep ranges and total volume, doing 3 week waves at a time but programming on RPEs rather than percentages. e.g week 1-3: 7's, 5's, 3's for T1 at RPE8.5, 5% load drop.......week 3-6: 6's, 3's, 2's @ RPE9, 7% load drop.........and just checking that your total volume and rep scheme is somewhat close to that of the progression scheme in the rippler for example? Chur

Not GZCLP, which is a specific program and progression. UHF is built from my GZCL framework, which uses similar T1/T2/T3 concepts. Same framework, different progression.
