A swedish myth when its at its best Hårgalåten is a music tune The devil played on a golden violin at a party near The hårga Mountain and made The young men and woman dance up too The Mountain top. There The devil jumped up in a tree and still played this tune until The People danced too their death. He was dressed in black suit, had a big hat, red eyes and one of his feet was a goat hoof. I know its a very dark story but it gives The song a magical touch. Anyways wonderful preformance, love This version very much. There is lyrics too The song too

Does no one have an objection to the correction? Hårga is in Bollnäs county, which is definitely NOT in the west! While it's an hour away from the sea, it's still along the east coast. So the first guy was right. The Hårga tune is from central east Sweden
That was presenting the first song that was before the applause in the beginning of the clip. "Tre lå" is a folk song from the Swedish west coast, awaiting boats back from the sea. Other than that, all you say is right about the location of Hårga.
The well known legend of when the Devil, disguised as a fiddler, made the youths of the village of Hårga, in Hälsingland, dance themselve s to death, upon the mountain of Hårga.
@@himfromscandinavian5354 Inte nödvändigtvis, hon kanske har en svensk förälder som lärt henne, eller bodde hon i Sverige som liten, eller något helt annat. Det finns så många möjligheter till varför hon skriver på dålig svenska.
@@BurnBird1 Kan nog bero på många saker. Möjligheten att hon har haft svenska föräldrar som har lärt henne att prata svenska till viss del är lika stor som att hon kanske sitter och studerar svenska just nu. Vem vet? Jag känner inte henne
It wasnt in midsommar. The hårga in midsommar is a fictional recreation of the hårga in this song. they really share no other similarities. (I know it's a year old comment but ive seen to many and im venting xD)
"Midsummer" is a nonsense movie and tells nothing about Swedish folklore. It takes up some elements and distorts them completely. The real Midsummer is a celebration of joy and beauty and no horror thing. Sick fantasy. - But Hårgalåten is a great tune and very wellknown here in Sweden.
