POTATO PANCAKES RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 kg of floury potatoes
1 red onion
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of whole grain flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
pepper
2 tablespoons of coriander
40 ml of oil (rice or olive oil)
HOW TO MAKE POTATO PANCAKES:
1. Peel the potatoes, wash them and grate them on a coarse grater. Leave it for a while and then squeeze out the excess liquid.
2. Chop or grate the onion and mix with the potatoes.
3. Add eggs, flour, salt, pepper and coriander. Add oil and mix thoroughly.
4. Line the baking tray with baking paper. Place small pancakes with a spoon.
5. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 25 minutes.
TZATZIKI SAUCE RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 long green cucumber
2 cloves of garlic
300 ml of yogurt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
pepper
1 tablespoon of chopped dill
HOW TO MAKE TZATZIKI SAUCE
1. Peel the cucumber and chop it into pieces.
2. Press the garlic cloves through a press.
3. Mix all sauce ingredients together.
