I lost 60 pounds in one year, two years ago. Start with no eating after 5pm and being sensible. Two meals a day tops. Never three meals and no snacking. Losing the first 30 pounds was pretty easy. And I do not exercise, throw that fitbit away. (It's a lie, you'd have to train for a marathon to lose 200 calories exercising) As you age, post menopause you cannot eat the same number of calories and lose weight. If I eat 1200 a day.. I will slowly gain weight as I did over a decade. I eat 1100. Count every calorie. I lost the last 30 pounds and that was the belly on ADF. 36 to 42-hour,(water, black coffee only) fasts every other day for 55 days straight. Then to wean yourself off the diet you add on your weekly average total of only 50 calories per week. It will take about 2 months. Fasting is hard, you will not sleep and you will get headaches. I saw every weight loss video on RU-vid because I couldn't sleep. There are so many lies. If you lose weight they don't make money. Never do Keto/Atkins. You must eat carbs. If you don't your metabolism will drop.. and you will eventually gain more weight. I still have birthdays/christmas/parties..etc.. food. It works on your weekly average. I have to keep that at 1100. I'm 5'7, 57 years, Caucasian Female.
