I know Im asking the wrong place but does any of you know a way to get back into an Instagram account..? I was stupid forgot my login password. I appreciate any tricks you can give me.
If a horse behave like this there's something really wrong. Either it hasn't been trained well enough or it is in pain. If I were you, I woul check her back and the saddle. My horse was like this too and then we found out that the saddle hurt him really bad, so we got a new one. Since that day he's the sweetest horse ever
She encourages her horse to act like this as it gets her attention and views. I wouldn't be surprised if her horse does have something wrong but she has made it 100x worse by encouraging it so she'll never get it looked at as she thinks it's "quirky" to have a horse who acts this dangerously. She has also been trying to put her in foal!
@@thebayboys8515its mixture of spiciness and energy and so its her choice to put her in foal i don’t remember her asking for your opinion and what exactly can you do to fix it , nothing because you dont know the horse and rider you just warch them and just go on to a different vid then no need to hate
She's speedy!!I also have no idea how you stayed on when she was having a tantrum 😂 you have so much bravery and patience, I'm glad u guys had fun in the end!!! 💞
Well this was an interesting virtual ride, I can hear that you have proably tried everything and I have to admire your patient persistance. I'm not longer able to ride now so I do virtual rides via RU-vid, like yours and this really took me backto my gelding Magic, who we used to call Maniacal Magic, who's behaviour was very similar. I'm sure you've had a lot of advice offered (whether or not you really wanted it) so I wont stick my six eggs in, except to say when she's going forward she's going really well so congratulations for getting her to do that much, best wishes for thefuture with her. (oh just noticed Alexandra's comment, yes you have a great seat, do you use super glue? :-) )
What a brilliant rider you are, calm and collective, just what Masie needs.... you are a perfect partnership. She looks a real fun ride. Well done for staying in your saddle..... loved the video 😉
Every horse has moments but that horse has more moments in six minutes than both of mine do in six months, I think it’s irresponsible to take him/her on a road when clearly acting up near the stables, putting the horse, yourself and drivers at risk. It barely takes two people to teach a horse not to rush off with the slightest weight in the stirrup, especially when done with the spinning method. It’ll even work with rearing and bucking. I’ve got a TB and no matter how “fresh” he is (keeping in mind he only came off the track three years ago with 6 years worth of racing under his belt) he has manners both on and off the ground, and will only ever go wild when free schooled or going into the field
Rachel G evewhile ago since I wrote this and honestly I debated answering or not since I totally forgot what happened for me to comment. even if a tb isn’t hard to retrain it doesn’t excuse the fact of riding a horse that can’t behave on the roads, it only takes one moment before an awful incident happens and the horse and rider would be worse off by a mile
When she said chill to Maisie I don’t think Maisie understood what she said Also where you cantering on the road or was Maisie just really fast trotting?
OMG that horse would drive me nuts!! She’s not paying any attention to you whatsoever. Please keep yourself safe and bring her head to the side when you get on so she turns in a circle rather than trotting off. That’s how people get their foot stuck in the stirrup and get dragged by the horse.
Your very confident.... but you always getting off her is kinda saying that you let her get away with being naughty. Why does the hose also rear or buck, was she never broken in properly?
My horse has attempted to do this stuff because he always wants to go to the barn an I don't let him. He is really stubborn but I plan to work with him through summer!!
Reminds me of my old school pony, Kaluha Cream! Lord was she a fiesty one! But we had a very special bond. She’d only let me halter her in her pasture. Anyone else would have to chase her down lol! But once in the arena oh it was on! I was mostly just trying to get her to listen more than jumping 😂😭 oh good times. She even fell asleep once! She embarrassed me a lot but I loved her to pieces.
Me: Going to a barn that I’ve never ridden at Me: Going to ride a pony named Apple Me: Hoping this won’t be the first time I fall off Me: *watches this video* Me: I hope it isn’t 😂
I think a standing martingale, just. for awhile, may help and give you more purchase on the rearing. Am very experienced with xracers. Do you think she enjoys the rides? I'm assuming you've had vet checks, clicking spines ect, saddle fitting. You're doing very well
Thats a cracking wee pony there! I've found some of the best ponies to be a little temperamental sometimes, they're more fun and spicy and have a lot more about them! good on you for sticking by her, when she sorts her head out and gets on with it her paces are really fun and ready for action! She reminds me of my little welsh c who is retired due to a check ligament injury. Keep with her, shes a star beneath her tantrums!
today i almost died my friend fell off and i galloped in the main road with the horse behind without a rider we were jumping up and down stairs and worst part was i fell off bc a scooter on the road hit my horse and I WAS lost i went straight into the wall. IM LITTERLY DIEING INSIDE. IM NEVER GOING ON A HACK NOW
Ok Im just asking because I'm curious to know why is it that people continually try to get on a horse that clearly doesn't want to be rode? I understand that they can't get what they want kinda thing but that could be dangerous for both the rider and horse to keep forcing the horse to ride I'm not trying to offend anyone I'm just trying to learn
Omg, I have a cob that used to do that and u could get ur cob re-trained kind of. We started from the beginning with mg cob and lunged him until he had lost his energy then got on him and rode him.
Emche 93 She dismounts as it's unsafe, if your horse is cantering and bucking back to the yard when you get on you walk it for a while and then get on, continously struggling with it will just make you and your horse more angry and it's not letting the horse win as you're still getting back on, just not right there. And she had to get off when Maisie was trying to chase the other horses as if she continued she could have ran into one of them and and caused an accident.
@@wyrenfire Yes, that's right, when she dismounts it is safer for her, but with that the horse also wins and so it notices that she gets it by climbing and jacking down
If she is rearing this much, then try the jiggleing technique. It's like going on the road like a snake, beacause if you bend her neck she will not be able to rear
Very bad manners that mare has , not safe on the road at all ! To have to get of all the time and lead her past things that she refuses to go by .. that’s not on !! She needs a firm hand and a lot of manners instilled in her !!
"oH wHy yOu sO aNnOyiNg" I'm happy that you get off her when she is getting frustrated. But come on, you had her for like one year and you still didn't train her properly and neither created a bond with the horse? How much is this horse going to endure? Ya'll say "yOu dOn't kNoW wHat pASt hAd MaiSie" there are many horses with awful past, but if the owner is training them properly and make them not to feel fear anymore, I'm pretty sure the horse will get better. Please, if Maisie is easily scared, work with her. Make her have that confidence in you that I see she doesn't yet. It's not normal for a trained horse to constantly kick and buck with no reasons. *Every horse has potential, you just gotta find it and bring it to light.*
Some trained horses buck when they are fresh and you can't expect a horse with a bad past to become perfect. I used to ride a horse with a bad past, and no matter how many times someone tried to train him to be better he just wouldn't want to cooperate. You don't even know this girl and Maisie so stop judging them and telling them what to do when you only know them through social media :)
Ava Tatiana Pop it’s the fact that it’s happening every single ride. She needs to correct it or both of them could be hurt, when her horse reared on the road imagine if she lost her balance. She could have been really hurt.
Just like dog's who have been abused, or any animals for that matter, you have to adjust your training strategies. Agressive and even too firm of training can do more harm than good. I have been riding for 11 years and I have experience in training. From what I can tell, she either rears when she's frustrated/confused and when she doesn't want to work or do something (not because she's scared, but out of stubbornness). With behavior like this, sometimes you just need to stay and keeep trying to push through it. You stop the horse, you give it what it wants, you get off the horse, (even if you're correcting it) you give it what it wants (though in the video, Maisie was not going in the direction she was being directed to so Laila getting off and leading her was the proper thing to do). If you noticed in the video, when she stayed on and remained persistent, that is when Maizie listened and stopped her behavior. Horse's are stubborn animals and like children, will fight you on doing something, and just like with children, you need to remain persistent. I'd also like to add that when it comes to the severity of the rearing and bunny hops, they aren't that extreme. Every rear I've seen this horse do isn't remotely close to flipping backwards or harming herself in anyway. Not to mention the fact that this horse rears way less than it did when Laila first started working with her.
Kawaii Studio - I’m sorry but why did you write this paragraph it was so pointless she knows her horse rears she doesn’t need you to tell her and about not having a bond this is a 20 minute video of her hacking 😂😂
I thought this was extremely dangerous and foolish 4 u to be out on roads with her u need to go back to basics with this mare and do groundwork with her , she could easily go up and over on top uof u and break ur back, also unfair on the horse, u must listen to them wen they r trying to tell u something....im sorry but I say it how it is and this mare is not ready 4 roads or being ridden in my opinion, a horse should respect their partner and she clearly walks all over u, I thought u put those other riders in danger too, give her to some1 who can help her b4 she kills u!!
If a horse is like that on a hack you should never go on a hack on your own it is dangerous and she clearly needs worked on by a behavioral expert, I'd recommend horse help UK
She was like that in the morning why take her out? It’s kinda obvy she was gunna f about 🤣 (I’m not judging or trying to be mean just putting my irrelevance out there 🤣)
she's had mai for years, she's always been like this lol (it used to be so much worse, she didn't have a great start in life) so if she just gave in after a few rears she'd never get a full ride! very well ridden though, you've got the patience of a saint
