i dont have a z790 to test out man, but the process is the same, for usb mapping just use usb toolbox, though I haven't done a tutorial for that

I have a i3-12100f and a RX 5500 XT running MacOS Sonoma. But the HDMI audio is not working. My monitor has built-in speakers so I want them to be used. My motherboard's audio jack is working but HDMI audio isn't working. How can I fix this??

@@litemint09 Bro as I mentioned I have an external GPU so if I follow a tutorial to fix with iGPU my one will not fix. I tried iGPU fixes before (not this one tho) but that didn't work. But I will try again by this guide....
