Nice explanation ... That's right interpretation..rasulullah(sa) did not meant the way some people wrongly interpret.... Allah likes his servants beautifying. Nothing wrong in having nice haircuts that looks decent and beautiful. We dont need to see these in classicals coz this is not pertains to halal haram matter. This is something a matter of adab. Thats it. Cultures have civilized dress code and it changes over time and time.whatever fits decent and beautiful is acceptable in islam.
Dress code now is moving towards men wearing women cloth and people started to accept that. Shoul we accept that as well? Qaza haram all the time. We don't take dress code as our guidence.
In Al Qaza, as far as I remember Sheikh Assim Al Hakeem speaking on it, you *shave* one part of the hair and let the other grow. That's what is not permissible. Shaving off one part completely while letting the other grow. That's why even shaving the moustache completely also qualifies as Al qaza.
@@saadzubairi2763 go and actually check the explanation akhi. or imam al nawawi's. it is makrooh (not haram) and sheikh salih al usaymi even narrated ijma' on this that it's makrooh. nouman says as if it's mubah but it's not
Most haircut are halal. Qaza haircut is when you "shave" part of the hair and leave part. You can "trim" your hair short on the sides and long on top, but do not "shave" on the sides and leave on top.
honestly what Nouman is saying here logically follows but like where do we draw the line If we contextualize everything we could say that the punishment of apostasy was primarily used against dangerous political opponents so there is no point in applying the punishment in governments today. My reasoning for not viewing haircuts like fades to be haram at first was the Hadith of grafting trees where prophet Muhammad (saw) tells the people of Medina that he doesn’t think that grafting trees will help in the growth of trees. He ends up making an error as their trees actually grew slower and the prophet (saw) says “I am a human being, so when I command you about a thing pertaining to religion, do accept it, and when I command you about a thing out of my personal opinion, keep it in mind that I am a human being” Of course though I am not a mujtahid and I am trying to be careful so as to not go near kufr, but it seems like hair doesn’t have much to do with religion so we could classify this as the prophets “personal opinion” even disregarding the context that Nouman gave (not sure where a source is on it though). If someone wants to say that this doesn’t necessarily mean haircuts like fades that fit into the qaza category are allowed because it was his personal opinion, then can you bring me a single one of the prophet muhammad’s (saw) opinions which you personally disagree with or find faulty besides the grafting Hadith? Or was the prophet just being humble? Anyways I could be wrong because my line of reasoning could lead you to believe that stuff like silk and gold for men is halal
@@assymgee12 Yeah, to an extanet it is. But it isn't, think of a guy who plaits dreads or a mohak. They aren't Islam-like (perhaps that's the extreme we ought to avoid) Like one of the hadiths of An-Nawawi "leave that which is unclear for which is clear" If lowcut is allowed and you are sure of it - then just do it. Don't stay in the doubt zone
Yo man you mistaken on the part that anything that the prophet says can be his own opinion. Deen is a guidelines to live your life. Are you gonna discard the teachings Prophet(saw) gave regarding the use of toilet, for doing business, sleeping, burial of the dead and numerous other parts of life thinking they could be his own opinions and not part of deen? Everything he told to do or to stay away from is deen unless he mentioned otherwise like the aforementioned example of grafting.
The meaning is to avoid the style of uneven hair cut of jews. This means: either you wear your hair long all around your head (up to shoulder height at most) or you wear your hair all short in the same way.
There is no mention of superstition in this hadith. You are misinterpreting the saying of Prophet Mohammad PBUH. Qaza is shaving hair in an uneven way just like the American military does or some Hollywood film actors and this is forbidden. Havingb6 inches from every angle is not the real interpretation
Imagine being such an NPC that you blindly follow other NPC scholar opinions just to be safe instead of using logic and saving our religion from looking ridiculous where we believe in a God that prohibits the fade
The problem with the half knowledge scholars like you is that you are misleading Muslims living in the western countries But on the day of judgement you will be questioned and you will pay the price if you mis represent Islam and Prophet Mohammed PBUH and his sayings.
@@farzamaziz3710The prophet said NO to uneven haircuts and someone says he meant superstition hence YES to uneven haircuts and you choose someone there in America and you abandon the prophet😢😢
This is why Muslims are stuck in the medieval ages. We care too much about petty, insignificant issues. We're too busy policing each other on clothing and haircuts. Meanwhile, non-Muslims are out there making the technology we all use daily. Non-Muslims are out there making the film, music, and print media the world consumes daily. Non-Muslims are out there actually shaping the world. Muslims are too busy debating whether certain clothes and haircuts are halal or not while war and rape run rampart in their countries.
Your confusing one or the other. Being proactive in technology and innovation is a problem but it wasn't during the medieval ages when Muslims were at the forefront of medicine, books, mathematics, etc. all while exceling in spirituality. Today, its division of culture and nations which is tearing the unity on all fronts. Your second point about being stuck on insignificant issues is semi-true. Yes there are more important things to attend to, especially in terms of deen. But sunnah is sunnah, we follow it because its a command of Allah to follow the Messenger(p.b.u.h)
@@ridwan6695 Kuffar technology is allowing them to live longer, better lives than the rest of us. Meanwhile, us Muslims are dying of starvation or war before we reach adult age. So yeah, progress matters. Think before you speak.
There are literally no muslims that can place their right palm on the KJV and say these words once only->> I refuse to be deceived by the devil. Rev.12:9 The devil deceives the whole world. Holy Spirit or demons, choose wisely. ✝️❤️
King James was a homosexual and he translated the Bible, what more do you want lol. We Muslims could careless about your corrupted book and what it says.
