Helsinki Boy Rollo is totally sane and fine. He is strong it’s right but not as strong as a berserker. Berserkers are mad and incredibly strong. The closest one to be berserk would’ve been the old Floki, but he turned into a pacifist. However Hafthor would make an excellent one.
Saying Hooper was dominant at Arnold is kind of an overstatement tbh. The placings were unsure until last minute. When Thor was in, everyone was competiting for 2nd place
In contrast to trashtalker Edie Hall who never won the event and was able to focus only on 1st event - deadlift or log press. That's why only dummies can compare those 2 as strongman - Thor is as much strong in static strength but on another level overall.
For the people that give him a thumbs down are truly hating and if that’s the case try doing what he just did give the man his credit he earned it through hard work dedication and a lot of Rotisseried chicken
Thypical Thor: casually slapping the air out of people's lungs and throwing handbreaking fistbumps before picking up that probably 100lbs massive trophy 😂💪
He actually has a brother named 'QuarterThor Bjornson' who had a lot of youtube videos of him winning titles but subsequently retired from strongman and had all the videos removed because people kept commenting "If Quarterthor can do this, imagine what Hafthor could do.."
Easily one of the toughest sons of bitches who ever walked the Earth. What I'd give to be of the same physique and power as him. Go Hafthor, you beautiful bloody beast!!!!! 💪💪💪
The commentary really wanted him to go for a 2nd rep on that final event, hell to the no would anyone smart enough want to attempt another rep for that event just for the fun and celebration, shoulders are very prone to injury, imagine the stress just from one rep with that much weight.
@@tonyx233 I've wrestled with dudes who were heavyweights and they were some of the fastest people I've ever seen. Take it from somebody who has personal experience, size=\=slow.
About ten years ago I broke, and still hold, my gym's record at the leg press. 1,625 lbs not joking or exaggerating either. I tore both my meniscus saving a buddy I worked with from a vehicle accident and that was pretty much the end of my lifting days. Then I got into a car/bike accident in 2012 which left me partially disabled. I'm glad to be alive and not paralyzed though! At least I can say I conquered some things in my younger days right?
@@jahwilliams7304 Thank you! It's just the draw of the cards of life I guess... If it were not for my medication I get I would be in a disaster of pain!
Meanwhile I'm struggling with 140 lbs. You my friend are amazing. It's awesome that you still hold your gym's record. Also sorry for all the injuries that happened to you. Hope you are doing well these days.
@@kasperknutsen8283 What do you think a Viking even is, or which country they had originated from? Not Iceland. Should I call you an Aztec because USA is near Central America?
@@strongmantalk6043 Didn't he gain back some of the movement though? Half of his face used to be completely 100% paralyzed, looks like he can at least move it now though it's still a little derpy looking. Also that's kind of concerning, he's had it for like a year now, isn't it supposed to typically go away within 2-6 months?
@@Zeppelin616 It goes away within months if you don't push your body to the limit all the time like he does. Unfortunately due to his lifestyle, it may take years.
yep, he could have possibly gotten 1,100, lol commentator mentions Pudz dominant run, NO he sucked at Arnold, Big Z dominated Arnold, the Arnold is for the big lifters
