Just came across your page, you’ve found an unbelievable niche, you’re straight to the point, giving people the specs that they exactly need and want. 0 pretentiousness and you review some beautiful pieces. Bravo man
The dial is truly nice, the quartz movement is a positive for me too. However, the absence of a hour counter is a deal breaker for me. I can't understand why a 24 hour indicator was chosen here. Such a shame, as I otherwise really like the size and design
Interesting point! Do you typically time things over an hour(just curious) I’ve never really functionally used a chrono so want to see what other people are doing out there haha.
Thanks for the feedback. The 24 hour counter or "AM/PM" indicator is a function of the VK64 movement. It's either that or remove its use altogether. The left subdial counts to 60 min. Another function of the VK64 is that after an hour, it resets. It's a measure to reduce power consumption and not cause the battery to drain prematurely. Hope that helps.
I really was kinda blown away by the looks of that dial. Great job Haim! And what a perfect idea to team up with Delugs. As soon as the video came on I thought “that looks like a Delugs strap”. Great review. I’ll consider this for sure
Man that white rubber strap is ridiculous. Get a Delugs CTS or something. Even a StrapHabit FKM. The smooth strap from them gives you a similar look to that Archer strap but looks considerably more luxury.
@@theknightswatch Hm. Fair point. I’m actually not seeing basically any “premium” smooth rubber strap in white besides Delugs and Hirsch. Both are pretty pricey. Carry on then.
