Very informative video😮. I too have thyroid and i have not done any treatment on my hair. So i have a doubt if these products are ideal for non untreated hair as i have very thin hair. And it is concerning me very badly.

I am in my late 40 s. I wanna know the safest way to combine k18 mask/ olaplex 0 and 3 and oil. I have fine and thinning hair. Its become better with olaplex 0 and 3. Could you suggest good shampoo to combine with these. Since olaplex 4 and 5 seem too much for fine hair.

Quick tip for the k18 : Apply it when your hair is 50-65% damp , take 1-2 pumps of k18 and rub it between your palms until it emulsifies into white colour , then pat and spread it over your hair

I had used the minimalist serum but frankly it didnt work for me.. n u are right.. it stinks.. my hair is totally damaged due to some chemical treatments in the past.. anyways now my hair is totally damaged, got extreme hair fall, very very fine hair n on top of it lots of grey hair too.. like literally if i colour my hair today, the roots start shining in 2 days.. so I end up coloring my hair twice or thrice in a month.. so u can imagine the damage..

Hello Jovita, im a Professional athlete training about 9 hours a day. My skin is more oriented to dry side. I have regular break outs, both on face and body. My 1 session lasts minimum 2-3 hours. I have 3 such sessions in total in a day. Until 25 never faced any such problems however post 25 I am struggling. Details: my day starts at 4 AM and end by 8 PM, I have watched your videos and compiled a night routine for myself.. That's pretty much it. Could you kindly curate a video for athletes? There isn't a single sensible legit video for athletes skin care. Pls help us 🤌🏼

I am not an athlete so I wouldn't be. able to put myself one your shoes. But I know you will benefit from the dot& key rice & ceramide moisturizer in the morning and a sunscreen. keep a sunscreen stick with you and keep reapplying the stick. if you have to wash your face inn between, just reapply the moisturizer and sunscreen. just 2 products. this will create a huge difference I your Skin!

Hey, you could use cleanse me facewash, PAD serum from deconstruct, aveeno face moisturizer at night. Wear sunscreen during the day. I hope this helps.

Tressemme is such a good brand. I am sad they don't have a bond repair treatment.. because bond repair shampoo doesn't do much even if it's olaplex or redken. Tressemme is again great. That serum is soo good❤🎉.
