@@_CandaceMiller I thought that’s what you meant because a co-wash is a conditioning cleanse, but what you did was more of a pre shampoo to help soften and detangle your hair before you washed it. Whatever you are doing is working because your hair looks very healthy. Thank you for the video❤️
