I have hair down to my butt and my advice is homemade hair masks not store bought ones. Don’t stress over shampoo or if your pillows should be silk because it doesn’t matter. ONES I PERSONALLY DO: Coconut water + almond milk + whipped cream for soft hair and hair growth + health. - Aloe Vera for hair growth - Coconut oil + Olive oil + 2 eggs + honey (rinse with cold water) And let your hair air dry. Don’t brush while wet and always wear your hair down YES EVEN WHEN SLEEPING. Hairstyles cause hair loss. Hope this helped 😎👍
please keep in mind everybody’s hair is different and needs different treatments! you are free to give out tips of course, but because something doesn’t work for you (like maybe conditioner on roots) doesn’t mean it doesn’t work for others!
I've seen people using rice water and aloe for long healthy shiny hair and actually getting good results BUT THEY NEVER WORKED FOR ME😭😭 RICE WATER MAKES MY HAIR SUPER DRY AND FRIZZY AND ALOE HAS NO EFFECT AT ALLL
I have seen they say that the rice water contains a lot of protein. Too much protein on your hair could make your hair dry. So use a conditioner, hair treatment, hair serum. I think it the downside about using rice water that tiktokers fail to inform.
Rice water also had this effect on me. But I had a good hair care routine so the damage from rice water wasn't too large. But this was because I have low porosity hair which already stores protein easily so packing on more gave me a protein overload and made my hair dry. But my hair is super healthy now that I figured out what works for me.
@@amnanisar7696 hii u can oil ur hair w coconut oil, then put conditioner on ur DRY hair , leave it in for a bit and then wash it all off Oil attracts oil hence ur coconut oil will come off easily

@@pijamilo3153 np and don’t worry about what type of pillow you have or wearing silk. i dont do any of that. I also recommend air drying and always leaving hair down even when sleeping.
I also used to suffer from dandruff and one thing I learned is you cant get rid of it completely but you can maintain your scalp to not produce as much oil or to be dry so ya stay hydrated and I tried nizhoral shampoo for dandruff and followed the directions for a few days external use only and it works and its affordable to you can find them in pharmacies

I have using rice water for 1 month now...once every weak...and I think my ends are somewhat damaged now...I have trimmed recently only..thatswhy this weak I didn't use it..why did this happen though?😭😭
@@sakshikhanna4900 Rice water is very high in protein, so you are not supposed to use it a lot. Maybe biweekly or just once a month, but adding in way too much protein into the hair can cause it to be dry and damaged. Or, I can also be because of your hair type or of your hair porosity.
U have to work your way up to once a week immediatly going from nothing to once a weak will litteraly fuck ur hair up start with once a month for a long period of time and then cut it down to 3-2 weeks and then once a weak
Half of them are actually for hair growt. I do have long hairs but they are dry and split ends. I honestly need something to fix that cause with lond and dry they get tangled soo much and I do my hair in half and then detangle them but they again get tangled in 1 or 2 minutes. That sucks
