I improved my hair by following these: Including more and more vitaminC in form of lemon, orange, kiwi, 7-8 hrs of adequate sleep everyday, consume nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or peanuts in limited, you can also eat fish like sardines, salmon. Exercise a minimum of 20 - 30 mins everyday. Using mild, pure shampoo, neem wood comb, scalp massager by Littleextra Cooconion twice a week. This is good for hair fall control.

@@Bunny-ks1md i have similar situation.... Id really like to have a really long hair to waist but it gets damaged very easily despite me not ironing it very often, putting oil on it ect... And it's usuall length is just to my chest. Though on the other hand i think having much shorter hair would be cool too(i mean bob or sth) but probably it wouldnt suit my face 😛

My hair used to be this thick but something happened and me and my other family who are girls (my mom, and my two sisters) we all had major hair loss. I took your advice now my hair is beautiful and thick and past my waist. I bought a wooden brush plus satin pillowcase and satin night cap I don't use any heat on it and oil it when it needs it plus I have a great mask and conditioner. I'm 56 and my hair looks amazing thank you beautiful lady

When I was little i put my hair in a ponytail and would never take it out or would only take it out to put it back up. My mom had enough and we went to a barber shop. They had to clean up the legit dreads in my hair!! It made my forehead f a t, but it's pretty good now. I do have really wavey hair though

I can sleep only with wet hair if i want to have a nice hair next day bcs they have a really big volume and makes natural rings. When I leave it to dry normally it gets thin and sooo pressed on top of my head bcs of gravity.... It sucks :D but I learnt to live with it.

I don't like long hair that's waist lenght unless it's tight curls, most of the time hair that long will look frizzy unmaintained and uneven. Although her hair is really pretty and well taken care of, it isn't every girls dream. ^-^ Personally I just want to grow my hair boob length currently it's shoulder length.
