I loved using Hair Direct’s ProTouch Clean Skin Base Cleaner for poly bases. You just put the unit in a container with a small amount on the bottom and leave it overnight. You just roll off the adhesive in a few minutes in the morning. It really prevents wear and tear in poly units.

Yes, I’m a customer of HD and the thing I did not received my hair since last year and they charge my CC for 8 months. I disputed it on my bank but they did credit me while under investigation but now they reversed it. The bank told me to settle with the merchant which there’s no means of getting in touch with them because they are closed permanently. I don’t know what to do??? They’re scammers

I used to buy Walker Ultrahold glue and tape so that would be a big help. I need to source a reputable hair replacement company. Can anyone recommend one that would be on a par with Hair Direct? I’m desperate. Thanks.

I had used extended a bond tape from them and a bunch of other tapes sunshine tape just a wide variety not saying anything bad about them I’ve used them for years I thought their products were good and it’s a shame to not be able to find some of those hopefully you can get a wide variety of tapes and glues and the brushes to the apply the glue would be awesome.

I was a Hair Direct customer for over 15 years. What I liked about them was the amount of different products they carried and the ease and customer service they had in ordering custom hair pieces. They were a little more money than most but I did not mind because of their professionalism, then covid hit. I waited over a year for 4 systems butbthey did eventually come in. The quality of the system was good but not like before covid. Actually got 1 system that lasted about 3 weeks and could not get a brush thru it after a shower. So of you can concentrate on a) getting more products in general and b) get a good system to order custom hair pieces you will get my business. Thank you
