The more I consider my hair growth history I have always felt like my hair has grown relatively slow. I have never done any measurements to confirm this theory, but it has always been my opinion. But for these three months that I did this trial I felt like my hair was growing pretty fast. Maybe that was because I was more hyper aware, or maybe not. But I can say that I am pretty certain I will repurchase these at some point within the year.

I've noticed a change in my hair's density when I would use a dyi hair oil pre poo. I put some almond oil and or olive oil in a small container. I then add about 6 whole cloves to the oil and put the lid on and let it sit for 2 days. Every day, I would shake the container around. I started putting in on my scalp here and there. Problem areas, thinning areas. I'd massage it in and use a hot head for 30 min. Then I'd wash my hair. I started noticing that I had little baby hair's growing in my edges and I couldn't see my scalp as easily as I could before. So I know that works for growing new hair's. Hope this helps anyone. ❤

I would have to try them separately to be able to better answer that question, and unfortunately I haven't done that. But to me it seems like ther Scalp Stimulating Booster is designed to put you scalp in an optimal condition for hair growth, while the Full Lengths Density Elixir nourishes what you have.
