Lori, androgenetic alopecia ("male" pattern baldness) runs in my family as well. Thank you so much for pointing out that this product does not stop genetics. I get really annoyed when people attribute genetic conditions to hair care! I would definitely try these products to help strengthen and add fullness to the hair I have. Im always weary of vitamins that have enormous amounts of something (like that 2000% biotin in this one). Your body just doesn’t need all that. That said, I agree that vitamins really do something for hair length and retention. But I personally prefer a plain old balanced multivitamin and 2000mg of MSM daily. It really helped my shedding post-anemia.

Hi MAD Curls! Love the information, I've always been curious about the Detox kit. LoriAnne - female pattern baldness runs in my family too (And my dads) so I have it on both sides of the lineage. I've been having it since I was a teenager, really tough on the self esteem although now my perspective is different. I’m glad the vitamins are working for you both! We all know different things work different for everyone. I also used nature’s bounty for years and they recently released a new improved formula with 2x the biotin. I’m actually seeing more length retention with the new formula, but one day when I have more coin, I may try Curl Smith!

These ladies have changed my product knowledge - I have 4c hair but they have taught me how to buy product and what may work with my coils ! I started these vitamins exactly 3 month and 3 days ago and they work - my hair grows in density also and I had two patches around my edges in the front and I realized I know longer have to smooth hair to cover those areas, I have hair every where - my hairline is the bomb 💣 and I refuse to stop 🛑 using these vitamins - I have my daughter and cousin in these also! I love MAD curls - they make me happy ! Thank you for your transparency!

I watched this video about 4 mos ago and out of desperation I purchased the vitamins and elixir and I was sooo impressed with the results, that I chose to commit to at least 6 mos! Also, I went about 1 month not using the elixir because I ran out and I would at times, place the elixir on my brows and would noticed a difference (I know, I know!) I would highly recommend this product and I am so grateful for this video! 🥰

I ordered the detox kit and the hair growth kit about a month ago, before I discovered your channel. The detox kit has worked wonders for my scalp and hair. I love you guys. This is my favorite natural hair channel despite me having a different hair type then you ladies. Now regarding the product...I've ordered them and tried them because of you guys. I tried it for 2 months and to be honest I didn't see any results that were ground backbreaking at least for me. So I stopped using them because for the price I should have better results. I honestly get better and faster results with Hairfinity

My stylist says ‘healthy scalp, healthy hair’. Got my first haircut this morning since January, and she said it was never healthier. I stopped messing with it, stopped using any heat, and stopped washing the life out of it, plus being indoors, had much less exposure to UV. My skin’s looking better, too. Ladies, I just ordered the supplements and the mask. Fingers crossed that I have as good of results as you both. Like mom, I am 53 years old and my hair is thinning. I definitely believe hair vitamins work. My issue is what happens if you stop taking them. I took some (by another brand) years ago for one month. I wasn’t able to purchase the 2nd month right away because they were always sold out & OH MY GOD!!!! the way my hair fell out!! I cried soooo much. So I never repurchased, & my hair recovered (thank God). So I’m scared to take another one.

I'm on my second month with the vitamins and i'm liking what i'm seeing so far. it got my nails looking nice. The vitamins kind of taste like tea to me lol. My hair grows out instead of down. The density of my hair has improved so much in the last few months. I've noticed my hair looks much fuller since i've been taking the vitamins.

I was surprised to see you had cut your hair so short! I cut my hair on Friday 6/12/2020. My hair grows OUT! I have volume from day one and I use to wish my hair grew like down like yours (or the oldest daughter from my wife and kids lol) but I learned to appreciate the way my hair works.

Thank you for sharing your honest review, you two 😊 I'm curious to see how dense TaylorAnne's hair could look if it were to grow as long as LoriAnne's hair, especially with her natural hair color. I think the long hair made it appear like TaylorAnne's hair only grows down rather than out since it seems long hair gets weighed down. The As I Am Naturally video is indeed the best reference to see that it can potentially grow out and appear denser.

Thank you for making this video! I've been taking the vitamins for a little over a month, and I do think they are making a difference. I've tried the booster and elixir, but the smell of the booster ( morning serum is just too strong for me). I do use the night time serum, I rotate it with other oils etc. Overall I'm happy with the price and results so far and plan to continue for a couple months. I'm trying to both grow in length and increase thickness.

I started using the vitamins plus the booster & elixir and I can attest that it works. I started using all three I believe late October early November. I fell off being consistent since all the stress of working during Covid; but my hair has definitely thickened a lot and longer. No gimmicks... I love and researched all of the ingredients for myself. I barely have any shedding.

I maintain a short natural style and definitely see a thicker density in my hair after just one month after taking these vitamins. During the second month, I took only one capsule per day instead of two. My hair and nails are growing up a storm. I find that I use even less hair product on my strands and my curl pattern is more pronounced. Since the vitamins are pricey for me, I will continue to take 1 a day since I am getting results.

I started taking these vitamins based on your recommendations. I'm on my third month. I have very thin and fine 4A hair. My hair is still very thin on the top of my head and it is a little thicker elsewhere. I will have to wait until I finish my third month to give a good review of the product and also pay attention during my next wash. Since being at home I do very little to my hair, wash it and leave it alone until the next time I wash it.

I’ve used the curl Smith elixirs and I feel like it’s better to use them together. The morning ones felt almost foaming and cleansing but not in a bad way and when I used the night time one by itself it made my scalp itch like crazy but together they were perfect!

The same thing is happening to me. If I forgot the use the nighttime one, I’ll wake up with a horrible itchy scalp. When I use them as recommended, my scalp is fine

I took Mane Choice for years and my hair was super thick and long until I went through my health stuff and then heat damage; but I know they’re the truth. My only issue is I can’t stand the taste anymore. It didn’t bother me before but now it does. I’m very impressed by CurlSmiths vitamins as well and glad they’re smaller and in capsule form. Their ingredients are different from any I’ve researched.

I got the curlsmith after you recommended them and I did notice growth, I just finished one month but I have a bottle of the mane choice I got from their sale so I am taking them now. When I’m done I’ll probably go back to curlsmith. I really liked that they didn’t break me out and didn’t bother my stomach. LoriAnne my daughter has the same issue with swallowing pills, I get so frustrated and say, just swallow the damn pill , clearly I don’t understand the dilemma 🤣🤣

I did buy the whole line, but like Tay.. was not dedicated to the elixir and serum like I should have been. The vitamins tho?? AMAZING!! Do you take 2 pills together or split them during the day? I just pop 2 and get it over with. Lol..My shedding was literally cut in half!! I enjoy doing my hair again. They are a must have for me!!👍🏽🙌🏽👏🏽 I think I’m gonna give the elixir and serum a go again since lorianne had such good results.😊

When I use it I noticed the booster & serum is that the booster help the absorption of the elixir. But I’m not sure if I used too much in one section of the booster but it’s very soapy like when you rub it in. 🤔

Taylor I probably noticed when your hair was long the difference from your root to ends of hair. I thought your roots looked thicker because you picked your hair. At the time I didn’t know that much about your hair. Now since I watch every new video I know. Also the same with your mom’s hair. About 3 weeks ago I started using Curlsmith vitamins,booster, and Camille Rose Cocoa Nibs grow oil since I didn’t buy the Elixir. Because I spent $300 worth of product. I thought I brought the elixir but I didn’t. But since then I still noticed my roots look thicker then the rest of my hair. Kinda looks like I permed my hair and have virgin hair growing in. So I guess at some point I’m gonna have to cut hair off also. I was having breakage problems as well and my hair along hairline in the front was dry and kinda hard now it’s starting to get softer. I first herd about the vitamins from Biancarenatoday. Her hair was beautiful I thought last year when she started using Vitamins from Curlsmith. If you haven’t seen her hair a year later you should see it her hair is so thick ,shiny much longer . She just did a Pattern review her hair🙌🏾. But I was using Natures Bounty didn’t notice much of a difference so I stopped taking them.Also was using ones from The Vitamin shop and my hair was still breaking or falling off. So I decided to give these a chance because every time I turn around a trim or cut was needed.

Hair loss messes with us. Long story short, I went CG fro 5 years and it ruined my hair. It went from shine, thicker and 3A/3B doing everything "wrong" to a thin, shedding, dry, no shine, frizzy, 3A/2C plus straightened strands mess. My hair fall was severe as I lost around 50% of my hair. I've cried a lot over it because my hair is the one thing women have ever envied in me. I was told my whole life I was ugly so I was the envious one. The thought of losing the one thing that gives me an edge against other females makes me sad. Now I am on mission saving my hair as I am not ready for a BC. Yeah! I went to the doctor and I am as health as one can for my age (45), save my higher blood pressure. My hormones are normal too. Besides shampooing my hair every day (alternating a sulfate and non sulfate shampoo) and using conditioner (both for hair thinning), biotin and other vitamins as well as an oil mixture are being used.

I’m wondering about all these shampoos and leave ins I started to use these natural products and my scalp is very itchy and I’m loosing hair I’ve been using all different products for about 3 years with that said I am 53 so it could be hormonal. I can’t figure it out all these products and all different information it’s so confusing! I’m having a hard time going back to regular shampoo and all the chemicals.

I did CG for 2 months and I stoped bc my hair was falling out in clumps. I went right away back to my old routine n now its getting back to the normal!

I still haven’t been able to see your live stream from last Friday, July 10th. It says that it was set to private. Not sure if you ladies are aware of this, or if that was done on purpose for some reason.?

Lori Ann my family has PCOS which also causes male pattern baldness.. I have been afraid of it all my life!! Look for sulfur in your products or find a way to add it in yourself..... Or the real fix, which would be onion.. Onion juice, oil, rubbing it raw on your scalp (😂)... Lol... I don't because it does have a smell... Sunny in den bigh is black owned brand with a legitimate hair growth oil made with onion skins and a bunch of other amzing ingredients. Thats the only oil with onion in it thay I can tolerate.. Soultanicals cheebe dc has onion in it as well and smells freaking amazing!! But I try not to put masks on my scalp. :/

lmaooo my mom use to take pills like that because she can barely swallow them. Now she makes sure she has her chin down to swallow them so she won't choke. My hair grows outward as well.
