I do the same. I braid my hair before sleeping everyday. Don't know about others but I've less breakage of hair and very less hair fall. No dandruff nothing.

Let me tell you, to control my hair fall, I made some changes that worked for me. Every day, I started drinking a glass of water on an empty stomach. On weekends, I would apply curd from the market mixed with half a lemon juice in the morning. I also stopped using hair oil during the day because it attracts pollution and dust. Instead, I started doing a nail rubbing exercise called ballayam to promote hair growth. Additionally, I switched from chemical-based hair products with harmful ingredients to using Littlextra Coconion natural hair oil and shampoo. These changes helped me control hair fall and increase the thickness of my hair.

Med student here Massaging is the reason for promoting blood circulation thus improving hair growth. The reason oil is used is to prevent extra friction and add moisture to your hair strands that will keep your scalp healthy . Even dry massaging your scalp will work well. And don’t be discouraged if you don’t see results as someone else. As a curly head, frizz is my biggest problem but eventually ive learnt to love them. Genes also play a role. Do a blood test to check for deficiencies leading to hair loss. For me it was vit d and low haemoglobin , so I started wit vit d and iron supplements . It helped. Consult the doctor first . Other reasons of hair loss can be thyroid prob, biotin def, hormonal imbalances, stress, poor diet, poor gut health . So address the issue accordingly and take care of your health . Focus on what your body needs and don’t just go buying serums and products in the name of helping with your hair fall. Start with the basics . Remember our grandparents didn’t use any of these modern products but yet had good hair . So start from the root and I’m sure you’ll see results . Be patient also

A few things that have helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I quit wearing hair ties because it causes tension breakage. (2) I began massaging my hair and scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while bending over & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Protecting my head while moving out to safeguard my hair from pollution. (4) Using gentle shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.

Ive always had very thin hair and a bald spot just above my forehead (it's not visible until and unless my hair isn't oily) but now I've started using coconut oil + mustard oil, i won't say oils can thicken your hair, but they can moisturise and grow your hair like wonders, my hair is at such a better condition now. I love oiling my hair!!!

I did the same what you said ...I had long and thick hair over my thighs but when I started applying oil overnight ....I got a hell of hair fall and head ache but my hair got frizz free and didn't tangle anymore ...but due to massive head ache and hair fall I had to cut 1ft length of my hair and it literally broke me into shreads!.....my hair growth is so fast and I wish I could regain my hairlength soon ! 🥺♥️

I think you should do advertisements for hair oil it will be much better than the fake natural fake beautiful hair they show to fool us... Also your hair looks pretty convincing for an Indian to start using hair oils

Using this amount of oil is not a good idea. To be noted,for them who already has oily sculp,this may cause clogged roots, dandruff and hair fall during to excessive sebum secretion with clogged roots . And you will find excessive hairfall in a next day. I have oily scup and I know how it sucks. There also Coconut Oil is not for hair roots,It’s for nourishing hair ends. For roots light oils are the best option. Again Everything in internet is not true or might not suit you~
