If you sweat a lot try cold shower regularly you'll be really surprise how It can help!! I sweat a lot too and this is really helping me. Especially is you take hot shower everyday your body sweat so much more

Hey Curtis, I just ordered my lace system and I love my new look. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and I have a problem with my body getting heat... The minute I get out in the sun or go to the gym... My scalp feels like it's burning and it's like that for a minute or 2 but it's very bad. It's the tape area that's turning red. What tape do u use and can you send me the link to it.

How about the combination of clear bond and tape for the hairline...I am guessing you’d get better sweat/heat/water resistance?

If anyone has SERIOUS sweating problems, especially when applying, I got Pro-Banthine from my doctor to stop sweating. It's an extreme measure resorting to a pill but it really does work, its also good for anxiety sweating so if you're going to an event or party and you're worrying twice as much that your hair piece might come off, then definitely ask your doctor about it or use an online doctor for it if your in the UK.

Yes, tape is glue. Its all the same, just in a static form. So yes it will help!

I golf in Arizona 2-3 times a week all summer long. Usually out in 105 to 110 for 4 to 6 hours at a time. I usually wear a hat to protect my head from the sun and the hat gets drenched with sweat. Would I not be a good candidate for the system?

Maybe not. Thats tough to say. I sweat my butt off in Florida where I live. But it took me a little while to get the right bond and tape sorted out. I will say that in extreme conditions this is not for everyone !!

There are so many, thats really up to the manufacture. They all have a list called a MSDS sheet. If you have one you have questions about just ask whoever makes it for the "MSDS" sheet.

I note I sweat ALOT when I work out. I workout Monday to Thursday. How often do you feel the piece would last? And how long do you feel I'd need to get the piece retouched on my head? I sweat alot in general. Thank you sincerely.

I understand. Id guess 3-4 days on glue, the front part you would have to touch up or redo. The tape on the back and sides will be totally fine for about 2 weeks !

What happens when a person is sweating profusely and their natural hair area is soaked with sweat? Will the replacement piece get soaked with sweat as well or will a person have their natural hair soaking wet and the replacement piece dry? That would definitely look odd. ---

I stay in Mumbai, India and the temperature here is mostly 30°C+ and humidity touches around 80%to 90% in summers. I workout six days a week in the gym and I swear to god, I sweat way too much. Will excessive sweating cause side effects if I plan for a hair system, I'm just 23 years old and plan to use hair systems for 8+ years? Secondly, clear bond or tape, which one would be better in my case? By the way, amazing content :)

Thanks !! Sweating really isnt going to affect the unit. Its going to effect the bond. You will just maybe have more maintenance to do. I live in a super hot and humid climate too. So I totally understand !

Good question. But I will say you will have to try a few bonds. You may get lucky with the first one, but normally people do not. Id start with a clear bond like walker ultra hold or Davlyn (please test on your hand first before putting on your head)

Nothing doesn’t help me… I tried to use the glue Ghost bond platinum - system getting bad and out in the sweating places on my scalp very fast… I didn’t do any physical exercises and etc … Do you know, if Botox injection into the scalp skin directly is helpful to stop sweating of my scalp at all or reduce that? I’m crying because I love they new appearance and look with a new hair system …

Obviously, I'm not endowed with full hair, which puts me in the right place to comment, I guess. Do what you gotta do, man, personally, I will never do such thing. I get it, you look much better, but the price is too high, not only money wise, but it costs time, caution... a complete change in someone's day-to-day routine. It' virtually impossible for many people, since they work outdoors. Power to you, no doubt about that, but I fully accepted my look. I got what I got, that's it. Still, it looks really good on you.

Hey, sweating is part of life. Excessive heat is the issue. That coupled with sweating will make for more maintenance. Its totally doable, we have tons of clients that do it.

Hey, thank you !! Happy Thanksgiving to you as well!!! Im actually not against it at all. Im against lies that cost a LOT OF MONEY. And giving clients false expectations and taking their money. Thats what Im against. Ive always said if a doctor told me, "Yes Curtis we can do exactly what you want, it cost 10,000 dollars and the results will be THIS" id be all about it. But it never seems to be that way at all. We have so many clients with botched transplants that come to us for hair replacement units because of results that are terrible and promised the WORLD. Thats my issue with transplants, sorry for the rant lol

@@HairExperience Yes you are correct Curtis, from one who has had a number of transplants. Just can not get the results as far as amount of hair fullness unless you spend A LOT of money and many sessions, and even then it;s questionable. The first doctor even botched my hairline and I had to spend more money to have it removed by laser. This is just my experience. I'm sure there are some good one's out there.

Well fuck. I’m a person that sweats a lot and I enjoy playing sports which makes me sweat even more. Looks like I’m just gonna have to go fucking bald. I could get a hair transplant and start taking finasteride but I really don’t want to risk the potentially life ruining side effects. Fuck my life

I live in Florida bro. I work outdoors. I sweat my ass off every day. This is a huuuge oversight/limitation. Fucking blows. I mean, I'll still do it if I hsve to because I really dislike my thin hair, but fucking Christ that's too much to worry about. Just fucking super glue that shit on there. HairExperience maybe not, but the hassle connected to it, sounds very messy, I might wait a bit longer for a more advanced system, as the horrors of it blowing off, or coming off during bedroom activities is to much to bear.
