Most people do find it annoying because I don't have a filter so nearly everything that come sout of my mouth tends to be very rude. Others fimd it refreshing that your blatantly honest and don't try to sugar coat things. There are times when I know that I'm on thin ice so I do my best to re-think what is about to be said and pay more attention to the atmosphere and recognize who I'm talking to.
