The keeper of all the towns secrets ... 😬!!! #hairdresser UP NEXT: Boomers 🥴... "mild to moderate disdain for all the other generations" beeep Merch 👉👉 linktr.ee/jimm...
Retired hairdresser here… absolutely nailed it! The amount of Jennifer Anniston haircuts I did, even almost TEN YEARS after the show ended, still astounds me 😂
Bhahahaha 🤣🤣 Accurate!!! What about "I'd like a, you know, mahogany but I don't want any red in it 🤦🏻♀😳".... or... " I want a restyle but I don't want to lose any length 🤣"... & on we could go!!! 😫🤦🏻♀🤣.... this is a comb, not a magic wand! 🤣
I count the days until you do one of these POV’S . They are the true meaning of life. Just like coffee, you just gotta have one Thanks Jimmy 😂😂😂😂😂😂👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I am a hairdresser, but gave up about 20 years ago.....and all those things are pretty much why I gave it up😁 And when I first started hairdressing, I worked right in the city of Melbourne, and all the Chinese women wanted their hair cut like Lady Diana😊 Showing my age now🙄
There is actually a Queensland trial for having hairdressers trained to respond to domestic violence problems so if the client doesn't come in or there is behaviour changes they are trained to ask descrete questions and when the client is ready to escape to help them. It's actually get really good results.
WOW, thank you Jimmy, I feel so empowered now I clearly see the mental asylum. I thought I was MAD, you have set me free from wanting to top myself after 40 years of wailing for some reprieve. I love you, 💕
It would be interesting to see if he gets that right. I was a beauty therapist back in the day, hope he does them soon. The things he could say about that job, it can be a very up close and personal job lol.
My hairdresser is the font of all knowledge on movies, Netflix series, local gossip, current roadworks and surf conditions - oh and he's also pretty good at cutting and colouring !
Ya gotta do other emergency services!! You did the nurses, how about doctor's, firies, ambo's and coppers?? I'm an ex-copper, and can give you some fodder.. :)
So many laughs, I remember one time asking for Mel Gibson's look in lethal weapon 1, & came out looking like Riddick, I could make children cry just by looking at them & frowning, arh, the good old days.
I hadn't even started my Hairdressing Apprenticeship and as soon as I mentioned I just got accepted for the Apprenticeship the woman working at the gelato shop I would chat with occasionally asked me if I could pop into store room give her a side fringe. I told her I didn't really know how to cut it properly but she just said not to worry and just do your best. The desire for a free hair cut is real! Two weeks into the job, pre Apprenticeship start up aaaannnddd my Mum wanted me to cut her hair 😂
Wow! That rain really has been heavy today and yesterday in Victoria ey! I had to pause the video 3 times to figure out if it was outside here or in your video. 😆
You forgot “and client’s child throws up”. Really? I”m the only client that ever happened to? the hairdressers were WONDERFUL about it, even washed his clothes. (He was 3 and it was a BIG technicoloured yawn)
NGL Hairdressers don't get enough glory. I take my clients in for cuts from time to time, and it's bloody awful. Maybe I only ever strike old-ladies-day, but it was nothing but complaining in every corner. By the time I left I wanted to jump off a cliff. I don't know how they do it, day after day, and still manage a smile.
Okay I have concluded this is the best spot for this. I have very fine curly hair. I have been looking for a new hairdresser since the amazing guy I saw years ago left to go work in the mines. I need a new hair dresser that isn't going to try and talk me into getting layers, bangs, chemical straightening, or a bob. I am extremely low maintenance. So I like my hair super long and I want to keep it super long. I just want to get it trimmed and a tiny bit shaped for hair health and to make my curls sit nicer with less effort. I'm from Perth south of the river. Anyone got a place they recommend?
Comment for the bump. I have fine curly hair with no desire for layers also so feel your struggle. I'm in Melbourne or would recommend you mine I found after much expense and three years of horror haircuts 💇🏻♀️
@@Alice_Walker honestly I'm starting to reach the point that a flight to a different state to find a hairdresser that understands curls doesn't seem like a waste of money. Lol.
I think it’s hilarious that we have just watched Jimmy doing hairdressers and now we have a section in the comments on advice for getting curly hair cut. 😆 I’m invested now as I too have curly hair. I’m in Adelaide so no help to you either😊
