I honestly thank God for your page. Just the other day I was stressing about learning how to cook because my dad has been on my case about it. He's always teasing me about how my man will leave me one day if I don't learn how to cook, especially if he's Haitian. Petit it's like the lord heard my prayer and led me to your page. GOD will definitely bless you, because you're teaching young women like me something very valuable.

Everything looks great! However, Im surprise you didn't add the spinach last so it wouldn't be overcooked and over wilted. That's the only thing I would do differently. Otherwise, keep these great dishes coming!! 😉
@LamiseO
@LamiseO 8 лет назад
I know in Haiti we sauté the spinach with the meat to give it a little color, but the spinach we use in Haiti is definitely different from what I can find in my grocery store. Surprisingly this was pretty good. Thank you for watching and commenting!

oh one more thing please, what size is that pan you mostly use, if there is a brand? that looks like a nice heavy steel gauge pan, and large enough for lots of recipes,
@LamiseO
@LamiseO 8 лет назад
I mostly use aluminum pots for the most part or non stick pans for some stews. The size depends on how much food am making. Thank you for watching!
