When I saw the thumbnail, I genuinely expected this to be 38 minutes of that "Rich Evans reacts to trailers" clip, repeated over and over. Intended to watch it too!
Looks like Neil Breen has fixed at least one of his laptops and done some cgi. Judging from the trailer, 'Twisted Pair' could actually be a multi dollar production!
Maximus Ironthumper All of the CGI in each and every one of those clips looks like made by Neil Breen. This is 2018 and it still looks like shit shit shit. Cheap garbage. 2019 they will finally admit defeat and go back to miniatures and mirrors.
"a trailer comes out that makes you go 'that looks fine'" is basically how I've felt about movies for the last 5 years. I feel like I've got fatigue for something I can't even quite articulate.
After years of experiencing the Dynamic Duo's depressing features, perhaps Rich's film could inject some fun into and hopefully reinvigorate the RLM cinematic universe.
I hate how RLM is rushing to keep up with marvel they should have given rich Evans his own movie rather than cramming him into Half in the Bag : dawn of AAAAIIIIIIDDDDDSSSS
You guys make this stuff a lot more entertaining. "Do they ever just explore anything?" That sums up Star Trek for me, thanks for the great quote Rich.
@@ottoweininger8156 How are we supposed to see it? It never made it to my country because the creator of the manga and anime refused to back down to those vile bullies who told him his work wouldn't get shown in the west unless he made Rich Evans's change his now iconic catchphrase something other than his signature garbled mess of homophobic slurs and The N-word
@@Eamonshort1 that's a disgrace. You should move here to North Korea. We have real freedom and most of Kim Jong Il's directives come straight from Father of the Nation, Eternal President and Dear Leader, Richard of the (h)Evans (pbuh). In fact most of the country is geared around interpreting his 'mumblings' as the decadent colonisers call it.
You missed the most important part of Godzilla, The beginning of the trailer when they say "The world is changing" and then right after they show Godzilla there is the "Blue laser beam shooting up into the sky"
Not to mention a Pteranodon the size of Mt. Fuji that shoots eye lasers or a giant moth that fires a rainbow love beam. If people can't enjoy some camp silliness in their lives, I truly feel sorry for them.
^^^ also you just need to stick with the Japanese films. On the more serious ones like Shin Godzilla, they still understand why Godzilla exists (versus the US denying any relations to nuclear warfare and the bombs lol)
When Jay started to talk about ready player one I thought "hey I thought he already reviewed that movie." But then I remembered Jay was played by Rich Evans in that episode.
I loved it when Neil Breen touched his heart and it started glowing but they didn’t fade out the effect when he took his hand away so it just abruptly cuts out.
I think Aquaman is one of those "we've sunk too much money into this we can't bail out now" decisions. They were hoping Justice League would be better received but now it's too late to back out.
The only people I know who are excited for it are a few women who freely admit they just want to see wet Jason Momoa. They could have given him a million dollars and just filmed 90 minutes of him swimming and made just as much money as they're going to make with this thing.
It has been an interesting experience watching these men have their souls ripped away over years by the cynical cash grab which is cinema. You. can feel the dark, empty, nihlistic, hopelessness that now runs through their veins. I love it.
I don't really like it, but it's like some sort of dragged car accident: I can't stop watching it, and I want to see how it ends. That also applies to cinema industry.
@Cynical Cicero I'm intrigued about that too. I think it could be that they want to stick with pop cinema because that's what the channel is about. But there can be a lot of reasons which don't exclude each other.
It's funny, WB didn't save the company with Shazam, but Joker got a super low budget, made a billion dollars, and did exactly that. So it was a fairly apt prediction.
People wonder why Comic Con is always filled with uncivilized and unwashed cretins but eventually they realize that only the worst of society falls for convention scams.
Lewds you say? Well I never. Whoever would do such a thing! I mean who... like actually who. Give me names. So I know to avoid these characters of ill repute...
+J Dahmus-Funny. :D. But even without. . .that. . . water films are notoriously difficult to make. They are often expensive, overbloated, faced with multiple delays, and then notoriously flop pretty hard at the box office. Given those facts alone (and that. . .let's face it. . .Aquaman was never going to be Titanic. . .), you have to be pretty bewildered at DC's downright arrogance with assuming that their "cinematic universe" was not going to shit the bed and instead, launch an entire franchise, be the colossal end all be all of cinematic universes. When Man of Steel. . .had a lukewarm reception at best. Polarizing. That would probably be the nice way to put it for Batman v Superman. I've heard people say good things about the Wonder Woman movie, surprisingly, but no matter how good that may have been, that is a 1 out of 3 and that movie still didn't call for or legitimatize an entire Justice League movie. Aquaman's budget was already ballooning to pretty big proportions even before Justice League. ..due to in part, being a "water movie" to where it was delayed once before Justice League even was out. . .Aquaman has been delayed for at least two times now (until this December, and hopefully, they actually have the movie done now or it might be delayed again due to production issues. . .) and it was only made on the expectation that the Justice League movie was going to be an earthshattering hit. . .So DC/Warner Bros. has a movie connected to a cinematic universe. . .that already flatlined. .. but they can't cancel it because they sunk (pun unintended?) WAY too much money into it in order to to go back and pull the plug. When they shouldn't even have made the movie until they knew Justice League had any chance of success, let alone knowing that they had their shit together.
OMG so HYPED for the next Neil Breen movie!!! Didn't know it had a trailer out. Come on people, let's give it more views than any of the franchise movies. The execs in Hollywood won't know what to do :D
Wasn't his next movie supposed to be a spy thriller, shot entirely at night? When it was first announced, I was too busy throwing money at the screen to pay close attention.
it's a Neil Breen movie. You can easily assume that it's all about how Neil Breen has superpowers, hacks the government, murders bad people by the thousands and looks in the camera to call us out on not taking care of the planet. And I can't wait for more!
It was never meant to be a spy thriller; he never said what the plot was, but I watched the trailer the second it was released an about 25 time since; he seems to have made the Neil Breen vs Bizarro Neil Breen movie they were wishing for in the Double Down episode of Good Bad or Bad Bad. So in the sense he's giving his fans what he wants, I think Rich is right, but I don't think he'll ever be self-aware, and as such his films aren't so bad they're good so much as they're outsider art.
July 2018- Neil Breen becomes self aware. July 2019- the world has been pointed into nuclear winter. The human race is being hunted down by machines, all made to look like clones of the prophet Breen, complete with beards.
My dad insists he has the Shazam power. He keeps screaming it every time we are at Home Depot and I have to pretend he's changed. He's deluded someone please help
RLM Xmas wish list 2018: 1. Trick r Treat 2 for Jay 2. A Star Trek film written by Simon Pegg, and directed by Edgar Wright for Mike 3. Extra strength diabetes medicine, and a replacement sex toy droid for Rich
I like how Jay thinks it's okay to take a sip of his iced coffee every time the camera is focused on Mike, so you keep seeing his hand pick up the Starbucks in the corner of those shots
ImmaLittlePip the show sucked but the film actually looks funny like a cute animated film with potential idk we’ll see you can never really trust rotten tomatoes scores and consensus’
