Apparently, the CP who says "pick up that can" is basically helping you, because if you hear his talking with subtiles, he talks about like, citizen compliance, and in HL2 lore, citizen compliance actually gives benefits

As we know, they arent allowed to do the "deed" so if they accumulate enough points(and that was one way of doing it), they get to do it. Now whether theu have a partner, their hand, or through a simulation we dont know but it is their reward though.

The reason that the AI was fucked at the early parts in the game is because of what you did at 6:32. Killing that guard and immediately going to the top skips a trigger that both changes the combine's AI from Calm to Aggressive, and allows the player to start taking damage. This is actually a common trick done in pretty much all speedruns, but instead of killing the guy, they just hop over his head.

I think the game crash from the absurdly high crowbar damage was due to how Source applies velocity to an NPC's corpse based on damage which is why the .357 sends enemies ass over teakettle. Here, there was probably so much damage that you sent the Antlion Guard's corpse into the shadow realm and something happened that Havok did *not* like, quite possibly the "infinite angles" crash if an object reports an orientation of "infinite"

Yes, the ichthyosaur was planned to return in HL2 past the teleport cameo. It was initially meant to be the way to keep the player from straying outside map boundaries in water. They couldn't get it to work and replaced it with the Leech fish environmental hurt.

56:06 its because it is actually dead, normally you just push them over etc, but you can stand them up again and they will still work, but you have killed it and it trys to spawn a rag doll but it doesnt work properly, same thing in Gmod. and yes the super grav gun is messing with it because it can kill the turrets.

The Earth military tries to frame it as a good thing, but the main focus of that plot point is that, had the Ender and his crew known that they were actually fighting real enemies with real pilots under their control, they would've been far more hesitant to do what they did had they known it was all real. It was more a statement on the negative reality of obfuscating ones actions from the consequences, with maybe a bit of mental oversaturation leading to desensitization of ones inhibitions.

The crab synth is a enemy only seen during one of the stalker pod scenes along side another enemy called the mortar synth, the crab synth looks like a giant headcrab that shoots lasers, and the mortar synth doesn't look like much of any regular half life enemies, but is basically a flying mortar

Grayfruit, being a newcomer to Minecraft is like the best time to get into it. You should definitely try it out, you might be surprised how much you get into it.
