people think the H.E.C.U failed. I like to think they won, they had to fight security guards, armed scientists, aliens(race X and Xen), Gordon freeman, Barney Calhoun, and the black ops all at once. Even with the heavy casualties they suffered, the stranded still pulled through and fought against all odds, and they did not give up until they realized they couldn’t contain everything, however, they never surrendered, and instead, kept fighting until the end.
