Halifax definitely have a service level agreement with the police to get that kind of response. Joe public would just get “sorry no units available” on the phone
I'd have thought probably not directly down to the police units but more who ever has written the dispatch protocol? Either way I remember calling the police years ago about a teenerage zipping down a footpath past an old lady on a moped. Took about 2 days for someone to turn up to take the footage.
@@davidcann6021 Also down to proximity. A call for an angry man at the bank just around the corner from where a unit is available is likely to get a quick response. They will not sit on it for 15 minutes to give the appearance that response times are the same for all calls. If they have two equivalent calls, they will deal with one that is close before travelling to the other one.
@@robbiesmith2525 Just last night I was in a service station cafe and two women arrived saying they were being threatened by one of their partners. The guy then arrived and was clearly agitated and trying to get close to the women so the staff let the women in to a secure area and called the police. The guy kept coming and going and was variously angry and crying trying to get the women to come out. The police came and dealt with him. The women, the staff and the customers were happy about that and to be fair, the police probably saved the guy from himself.
My elderly ,mother's house was broken in to, they smashed the kitchen window, frame and all. It took the police 3 days before they visited her and further 7 days before SOCO came. If the Banks phone for non incident or an Enforcement agent is trying to enforce a parking fine. They send a pile of officers, immediately!!
@@DM-ln8vu There were no intruders, as you can see at the start of the incident, Halifax refused to let a customer, withdraw funds from his account, because he had used the withdrawal proceed too frequently.
@@DM-ln8vu That does not matter, it is their duty to seal off the site of a crime and reassure the elderly house holder that they are investigating. The only reason they turned up at all, was because they were pestered to visit the scene of the crime and SOCO only turned up for the same reason. Naturally any evidence had been destroyed by the Weather!
Yep the corporate police !!! If you report a burglary they come three days later give you an incident number then disappear end of !!! Great work AB as usual !!!
They are a corporation themselves, that’s why they respond quick time when another corporation rings them, , they should always be addressed as constables...
They are NOT Officers! They are CONSTABLES! The highest position in their judiciary is the Chief CONSTABLE. Their judicial boundary for the County is the CONSTABULARY. Any of this sinking in yet?
Just like in gta5 when doing that mission in story mode of robbing the bank at the top of the map all of a sudden all the coppers come to protect what’s theirs.
I had my motorbike stolen and they said they would be there in 10 minutes and didn’t ever bother turning up. But when the co op was having a problem with a customer they came within 5 minutes.
What he says is technically true on who is available, however when a member of the public gets their house burgled they don’t even bother to turn up, that’s what annoys the public. Stay safe AB.
That "police" officer is just perfect for the job. The way he kept repeating AB's answers back at him is a sure sign of a slow as hell mind. "police" - "What are you doing"?. AB - "I'm just filming" "police" - "You just filming"?. "police" - "Do you want to ID"?. AB - "I don't want to ID". "police" - "You don't want to ID"?.........Thick as shit. :)
Regurgitating information is basic customer interaction 101. It validates that you heard them correctly and gives them an opportunity to correct you if you didn't, and believe me people WILL correct you if you say something back that isn't right. And before anyone hurls a bootlicker comment my way I'm not defending the police, it's just that this isn't really a valid criticism of anyone in any profession.
@@ApofisRaxionNecros I understand your reply but i disagree. I know people that repeat clear statements back at the person and it's my opinion it's a crap way of buying time in the mind, trying to think of a decent reply....but failing miserably. :)
@@samtaurus007 Yeah, true. I'll admit I have actually used this method for BOTH reasons. Most of the time its "right, this is what you told me, I heard you, did I get it right?", but occasionally it'll be because "I'm sorry I was genuinely not listening, dafuq did you say?"
@@ApofisRaxionNecros Lol. It's a infuriating trick my old man used to do all the time, repeating a CLEARLY enunciated statement right back at me to buy a slow mind a few extra seconds to formulate a reply. The "i wasn't listening" statement doesn't wash though, they are obviously listening well enough to repeat the phrase verbatim right back at you. I expect it from some people, NOT the "police". That being said, i've come to expect such low level tactics from poorly trained, corrupt cowards (the "police"). :)
its quite clear that they serve the Crown and the Crown's vested interests like the Bank of England and its banks, corporations etc. Serving the actual public is bottom of the list of priorities. Of course, they know this and that is why they hate being called public servants as us lowly serfs are the bottom of the pile. I would only ever call the police to get a crime number if essential, these days. I would not actually want them to come out and visit me in my home, as they most likely try and nick me for something. They are not to be trusted.
@@hometruthshomie8688 Yes that is very true, once I reported vandalism when some kids threw a log into my window. They never turned up. Police is absolutely useless to us common folk nowadays, i don't think I would bother reporting anything to them anymore.
It's not as insidious as that. They always reply to the easy jobs, the ones where they get to stand around for 30 minutes and do nothing. Then they sit in the car and write it up for an hour, then take a break. They're a right bunch of slackers.
@Auditing Britain 🇬🇧 Great content always AB. That was quality in the last video when you asked the Cop to go buy you a coffee ☕ and get himself a donut 🍩 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 loved it. He walked away really fast after that.
I called the police 7 months ago someone damaged my car still waiting for them to contact me welcome t Britain working class last on the list 🇮🇪🇬🇧🇺🇸👊🏻☘✝
Sir AB, the plod asked for your details, (well done for declining) next they'll want your footage to stitch up the lads of them requesting their money that the greedy bank withholds from them. I commend you for asserting your rights and watching the backs of the less fortunate people. 🆎️ 💯 👍
@@idaslpdhr Your right they could have been courteous to the lads, they probably were gloating and took pleasure that they were inside with the doors locked. 👍 Banks are the main offenders, employing far to many snowflakes. 💷 + 🏦 = ❄
Yo! A B Another Good Informative Video from around Derby. Thank You! All of the UK will probably be occupied watching all the News and Funeral of Prince Phillip Duke of Edinburgh who passed away today at 99 years of Age for the next few Days we offer our Condolences.
The police force are the most corrupt organisations/gang there is. My daughter was kidnapped and they were useless. It is unbelievable we are in a system that protects the big corporations that refuse to give us our own money 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ The job your are doing AB is beyond important and although comical at times it is extremely important 👌🏼👏🏼👍🏼
AB you’re still the best, the way you offered the guy if he wanted to go on camera was so professional. Keep up the good work and keep those coffees going ☕️
That was a very nice gesture AB, for all the haters out there that think you may be a bad person this gesture erases all of that "BRAVO" to you sir, stay safe
what I like about AB is that he is gentleman , he is always polite and never swear when he get angry that's why I watch his videos with my teenage songs. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MATE
You can see the hatred in the cops eyes when they get filmed. That's how you instantly sort out the tyrants. They just have to come and bother you, bad cops hate exposure. All tyrants fear having to be held accountable. On another note, it's wonderful to see the empty streets not overcrowded with people all the time. This is how it should be really.. But not because of the current reasons, let's make our best to get rid of this pandemic soon.
I know we shouldn’t judge, but I wasn’t convinced that those two needed £20 for a child. Hopefully I’m correct cos they certainly got no help from the Halifax.
@@a-bootiful-mind6648 understood but they couldve opened and had a conversation with him instead of calling the cops. He is a customer. " sorry sir there is nothing we can do" then suggest alternatives.
@@lmccourt7588 they would’ve done the same to anybody. Do you think they just came to the door and said fk off druggy? No, they obviously told him they were closed and to use a different cash point.
Perhaps if we had a better attitude towards drug problems and actually trying to help those struggling instead of imprisoning them they wouldn’t be in this situation. Beer, smack, etc 😂😂
@@tentaklaus9382 I agree. My comment on the vid was purely what is actually going on in the cities these days. I’m not judging anyone at all, my brother is a paranoid schizophrenic who has struggled with alcohol dependency most of his life. The fact is that anyone can go downhill so fast it’s unreal. I really do feel for these homeless because they deserve much better.
@Fusion Bunker sounds great in theory but please tell me what can be done to help these addicts they just want drugs it's sad but they don't want help (most of the time)
Well said AB. When general public require police assistance they never respond or respond days later. Yet when an establishment calls on someone filming the respond is rapid and immediate. Interesting stuff. Great job AB these tyrants will never change
I would call this a semi successful interaction. The police officer was professional and courteous. He was also very considerate of the people working in the bank. I also like how he gave his own reasoning for police not showing up when needed. Unfortunate circumstances for the gentleman who couldn't withdraw money though. I would definitely give that police officer a pass.
@@janicebarthram6759 how right you are...I blame them totally for giving away their freedom, and, expecting us to as well...they are dragging us into the abyss the stupid fools.
It’s got to a point when I’d rather stay in that go out, unless I walk along looking at the floor. The masks are everywhere and the eyes of the people look dead. I want to scream when I witness the sanitising rituals at store entrances. No one questions what chemicals are in those bottles.! Double jabbed and still jumping sideways as I approach them. God help us.
Witness to someone being unhappy and venting their feelings is a crime these days. Before long it will be illegal to show any emotions and we will have to walk around like braindead drones. Its happening as we speak. We wont be allowed to raise our voices in public as they will class it as a public order offence. Farting out loud will be included too. Its horrible living in 21st Century Britain and its gonna get far worse. This is just the start of it. Complete totalitarian police surveillance state. 1984.
My brother in law had a rock thrown trough his porch window, he called the police and was told NOT to touch anything and they would send someone, 3 DAYS LATER the cops came, my brother in law said 'what do you want' the cop said we're here about the smashed window, he said 'your a bit late that was 3 days ago they are probably in France by now'
That’s the problem with banks Legally when you deposit money into bank account it is not your money anymore and sometimes you have to sue the bank to get your money back
I had my garage broken into and it took them 2 days to come - they didn’t do anything and didn’t even take any fingerprints etc - there was evidence left behind by the burglars and they never followed it up - waste of tax payers money
