To all who have commented, liked, and taken the time to listen: I am overwhelmed by your kindness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am so sorry for my lack of responsiveness until now, but please know that I have read each and every comment and that your words mean the world to me. Thank you for your inquiries about sheet music. At this time I do not have sheet music available for this version, but it is in the works! I will post information here when it is available. For those asking, my harp model is a Venus Penti C Semi-Grand. Isn’t she pretty? I love her. As I was playing Hallelujah, all I hoped for is that it would bring someone peace. I am so very, very grateful that it has done so. It really is so beautiful how music brings us together. Thank you once again, and be well.
Thank YOU very much for letting us know! Please please let us know when there will be the sheet music available, finger cross I'll be able to play it on the Celtic harp 😅 exquisite performance again. Love from Italy. And remember that storms don't last forever❤
I love it.. I can listen this piece for a thousands times and look forward to having the sheet music available.. Thank you bringing so much peace to us...
It is. Don’t you know the lyrics? It’s right there plain as day. Even Jesus said: Luke 17 20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: 21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. -- Have you ever been told to “get your head out of the clouds”? Don’t listen to those people, those are demons who want nothing but to chain you to the ground and drag your soul to hell with them.
I was having an anxiety attack because of my studies and listening to this I cried... But now I’m calm and I I’m going to try harder. I’ll come back when ever I have an attack again to feel relax, thank you this was beautiful ❤️
I play the harp and everytime i listen to beautifyl arrangements like these, I cry. The harp has been my medicine through difficult times and dealing with complex ptsd. It even slowed my heartbeat down where medication couldn't
We attended the same church as Emily and her family. She graciously provided any number of offertories and special pieces for our worship services. Emily Wonder is a wonderfully talented young lady, very humble, very kind.
This is the most beautiful version I have ever heard of this, and believe me I have heard them all. I would love to know where I can get this arrangement!
This is so beautiful just to imagine the kingdom that awaits with musical instruments praising god is unimaginable yet I can still feel the holy spirit thank you so much for this 💜✝️
Ive heard many covers of Hallelujah but, yours is the best ive heard so far. You have a true gift your music is one that truly touches the soul. God Bless you and please keep makeing more beautiful music. Never get discouraged no matter what for all the places it will take you.
(LYRICS to the song in case anyone else likes singing along to covers) Well I heard there was a secret chord That David played and it pleased the Lord But you don't really care for music, do you? Well it goes like this: the fourth, the fifth The minor fall and the major lift The baffled king composing Hallelujah Hallelujah [x4] Your faith was strong but you needed proof You saw her bathing on the roof Her beauty and the moonlight overthrew you She tied you to her kitchen chair She broke your throne and she cut your hair And from your lips she drew the Hallelujah Hallelujah [x4] Baby I've been here before I've seen this room and I've walked this floor (you know) I used to live alone before I knew you And I've seen your flag on the marble arch And love is not a victory march It's a cold and it's a broken Hallelujah Hallelujah [x4] There was a time when you let me know What's really going on below But now you never show that to me, do you? But remember when I moved in you And the holy dove was moving too And every breath we drew was Hallelujah Hallelujah [x4] Maybe there's a God above All I've ever learned from love Was how to shoot somebody who outdrew you And it's not a cry that you hear at night It's not somebody who's seen the light It's a cold and it's a broken Hallelujah Hallelujah [x13]
This song has been covered many times and most of them never come close to doing the original justice. However, this is one of the few that make the grade. My goodness, this touched my whole being. This is beautiful. Thank you for sharing your talent.
The sustained breath Of strummed strings By electricity and genius They travel and hum And may those whose ears They befall Ring a note of truth Or two To find peace with love Gathered around A wonder
Was a little after the fact finding this piece- beautiful! I wish we had it when I was I my HS orchestra- our director was an arranger as well- he would have taken this and created a "fusion and diffusion " of the harmonies to make venues for an orchestra full of people who liked to stand up and be heard- that orchestra won states champions titles twice while I was there- probably why I didn't drop out! The song brings a tear- your arrangement and the harp- many tears- absolutely gorgeous!
Your beautiful talent has kept me going. I've just lost a family member, and my girlfriend left me. Work hours have been cut back... and then I heard this beautiful tune and it cheered me up. Thank you
Wow is all I can say. You have amazing talent. I'm just learning the harp and I can appreciate the amount of practice it takes to be able to play a piece like this with such perfection, to my novice ear even. Just wonderful, thank you. Videos like this inspire me to keep practising:)
I love it when an instrument sounds this beautiful on its own , in a setting of an everyday room, played by a talented individual. Would be serene to be sitting in a park somewhere with this skillful harp playing.
Dear Emily, Thank you so much for this piece. I really love your arrangement! I have been playing this piece but in a more standard version. Your arrangement is much better, much more complete, I hope you are able to offer it soon:).
MAGNIFICENT!!!! JUST MAGNIFICENT!!! I can't believe I haven't heard this before!! The Lord has truly blessed you with an awesome talent! Thank you for doing this video, I LOVE IT!!!
