@@michaelmyers1078 Not really, these scenes kind of take away from the film. The drone scene takes away from the tension (even if we already know Michael is in the bathroom) but not seeing him at all makes it far more intense. And of course Laurie watching the mob form and going to "hunt down" Michael seems misplaced since well- the sequel takes place four years later and for her to get ready and not do shit on the same night just seems off
If I had the capability, I would def edit all 3 movies into one epic version using many of the deleted scenes and unused scenes from the trailers as well. Especially in H:Ends, the trailer had much better scenes than what was released theatrically and adding Corey earlier in the timeline, possibly as a nerd that went to school with Allyson and was a secret admirer. Also would update Laurie as more carefree while Michael was locked up and then more "Sarah Conner" after he goes missing, that's how it should have been to me.
You're fucking kidding me. Evil dies tonight was always supposed to be a BAD thing, it was always supposed to be THE SIGN that the mob was too far gone. They're demanding blood. That's Michael's masterpiece. And they cut this out and reworked it into a fucking unironic catchphrase. Come on.
The guy who made this video didn’t even put half of the extended deleted scenes in such as big johns extended death the alternate ending and a ton of other things.
I liked Alison meeting Brackett, that was a nice exchange. Plus it gave Brackett some more screen time. The drone scene was bad, I didn't like it. We didn't need to actually see Myers in the bathroom swatting away the drone. And for the last scene I'm a bit mixed on it. On one hand it's interesting to see how out of control the mob is, plus a few of those shots were in the trailer. On the other hand it adds about 25 more evil dies tonight chants in the movie. I don't know, I could do with or without it
Okay I didn’t like none of these deleted scenes. I say they made the right choice leaving these out. The scene with Sondra and her husband was better that they didn’t show Michael to keep the mystery of where he was.
I enjoyed the movie to a degree, but its all pretty embarrassing as a sequel to the 1978 film. Its so far away from that with the ultra violent kills, the misplaced political bullshit, the bad acting, and the whole subplot about the escaped patient who is (comically) mistaken for Michael. They also wasted the returning characters. That scene with Brackett should have been left he had a total of about 2 minutes of screen time. DGG is not the right guy to make these new movies. He gets Michael right, yes, but then virtually every other element feels off. The look, the tone, the characterizations. He is not a director who seems to be very good with actors, either. Kyle Richards did very well, but I cant say that about most of the cast. Some scenes in Kills were bordering on cringeworthy.
