hey matt, just wanted to let you know that in this timeline Halloween ll isn’t canon at all and never existed. The correct order is Halloween (1978) , Halloween (2018) , Halloween Kills (2021) , & Halloween Ends (2022).

Love the stall door theory. Only problem is there’s a piece of metal that stops the door from swinging outward most stall doors swing inside. Although I have used some that swing out but honestly any stall door I feel like Michael could break through they’re weak af. Also he said he’s bringing a 50 clip or a 30 clip I love that 😂 so a rifle. Or extended mag glock. A uzi would be nice but you’d use all the bullets pulling the trigger just once 😂

Also, this movie is sooo much cooler if you've seen the others in the franchise. The Others aren't Canon for this film but they do alot of call backs to the original films throughout this movie that's a nice little nod. The season of the witch masks (from part 3) being one of them...

I still recommend the other Halloween sequels. But only Halloween 1978, Halloween 2018, and Halloween Kills are now considered canon. Or you can do Halloween 78, Halloween II, Halloween 4, Halloween 5, Halloween 6. OR Halloween 78, Halloween II, Halloween H20, and Halloween Resurrection. Those are the 3 different canons. But the new canon leaves out everything AFTER the original film, including Halloween II. Personally, I prefer the sibling storyline. But a lot of people don't. My only problem with the new films/canon is they treat Michael Myers as some legendary, infamous serial killer even though his kill count is quite low. I mean, his kill count from Halloween 78 is more in line with a spree killer. Also, why would Laurie prepare for his return like she did? Why would she prepare for his eventual return? That's the only part that doesn't make sense. Also, I miss the supernatural layer, especially what was revealed in Halloween 6: the Curse of Michael Myers. But, the best one is Halloween H20: Twenty Years Later.

Started the reaction and I haven’t seen any of the comments but I wanted to say in case no one else has that these new movies only acknowledge the first movie so it’s like this movie comes after Halloween 1978 ( in this line there is NO Halloween 2, it’s only the first then 2018) Hope that’s not confusing

Well Halloween 4 1988 is considered by many to be the best sequel even though it's not canon anymore.

How on earth people rate H20 above this is beyond me, h20 is just another cliche 90s horror film with Michael and Laurie as the main roles

The Halloween franchise is my favorite. The storyline is kinda weird tho. There’s 3 different story lines. It goes Halloween 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6. Halloween 1, 2, h2o, and resurrection Halloween 1, 2018, Halloween kills and Halloween ends. So when you watch the rest, you have to remember the other story lines don’t exist. Lol. Gun education. Revolvers never jam and can be a 6 or 8 or more cylinder count. Usually use a bigger caliber round. I prefer rifle and carbines. Im not a handgun guy, but they useful indoors and tight spots. I like Walter PDP because left handed shooters can use it. An UZE is the most worthless weapon I can imagine. Its a machine pistol spraying 9mm in accurately and youre reload more than you're shooting. An AR15 is just a semiautomatic weapon. Not a full auto. Full auto is meant to surpress the enemy, not necessarily used for mass casualty, but it can.

Definitely best of the movies but the rest are cool too. Though current timeline is just original and this not includes Halloween two lol but Michael more ruthless in second one and just escalates into this lol and then the next one takes it to next level lol

I don't know what that friend online here has been telling you, but he's wrong, Matty dear you skipped as you can see to other times that Michael Myres went after his little sister Laurie Strode in them see, In this film trilogy... The famous actress Jamie Lee Curtis came back and played Little Sister Laurie Strode in all these Halloween movies I have mentioned in this comment of mine & by you not watching on here the 1998 & 2002 Halloween movies, you had missed Matty a couple of good ones of theirs okay.

Jump scares are not scary at all. They're just startling. Just goes to show that gore and jump scares do not make a movie scary. This is a good ACTION THRILLER, but it didn't leave me with the same feelings of dread that the first two movies did, and they did it with minimal gore and only a few jump scares that were done right. A good horror movie should stay in your mind for the rest of the night and make you shudder. Most of these modern horror movies are forgotten as soon as you leave the theater. It's merely transactional, almost like a roller coaster; you paid your money, got your thrills and then you go home, that's it.
