There were . . . many cat shenanigans. The cat was Acting Up. Maybe because it’s his birthday weekend?
I finally made myself a Halloween costume for the first time in way too many years! This may have just been an excuse to watch Kiki’s Delivery Service :) I created a two-panel dress with wonderfully swooshy sleeves, all in a light brown cotton jersey fabric to be a closer color match for my cat Angus (who didn’t even have the energy to join me for the reveal . . .)
Normally I make shirts and dresses that are at least six panels, so this dress was very quick by comparison! I estimate that the stitching only took me 25 to 30 hours overall.
