You’re such a thoughtful mom to do this for your family 🥹😭 it’s honestly inspirational watching these videos and your lunchbox videos.❤❤ thank you for sharing Kristin!
I have been fixing Chef Boy R Dee pizza kits for years. It's our absolute favorite. I brown some ground beef, onions, green peppers and mushrooms. Drain and put the mixture on top of the sauce, add the pepperoni and bake. About 5 minutes before it's done, I add the cheese. Yum! Absolutely the best!
I remember both of my grandmothers used to make Chef Boy r dee pizza kits and as I got older and exposed to better pizza I became disappointed. ***However*** the dough used in this modern pizza kit looks much better than what I remember from the ‘80s. I think the product has improved. The Chef Boy r Dee pizzas I remember had cardboard consistency crust, sauce that was so thin it was like tomato juice and I swear the kits came with cheese but it was the Parmesan in the can that was powdery. This kit didn’t look like it came with cheese but people probably preferred adding their own fresh cheese. Every time I see Kristen’s videos with Chef Boy r Dee pizza I’m tempted to try it since it looks like it improved.
This was so fun to watch. My kids are still really little but I can’t wait until they’re old enough for me to make stuff like this for them. Just makes their childhood so joyous 😊
everything looked so good! and personally I give you props for all the decorating and keeping to the theme that you picked out! thanks so much for sharing! xoxo
Oh wow, i vividly remmber those Chef Boyardee pizza kits. Growing up in the 80s, my mom fixed them a lot! I also remember Chef Boyardee spaghetti kits and I think lasagna kits too!
Girl, you are very creative!!! I absolutely LOVED all the recipes in this video. I will definitely be making some of them for my family. Thank you for sharing.
I love those pizza kits! I had them a lot when I was a kid, but it's not necessarily a nostalgia thing for me - I just like the flavor. And they're so easy.
Halloween, at our house, is always a soup supper. My kids and grandkids and their friends stop by throughout the night. We will enjoy, this year, potato soup and tomato soup with grill cheese. Some years, it is chili and chicken tortilla soup.
I was raised on the chef boy ardee pizza kits . And we still make them often 😋 we prebake the crust a little bit before the toppings and flatten the crust back down (also love thin crust) . The cheese ghosts was a cute idea !
Everything looks so good Kristin! Your kids must just love your effort. I did this kind of thing for my daughters when they were little. I think I remember my mom making those Chef Boy R Dee pizza kits? Where can you find them? I usually shop Kroger and have never noticed them.
Oh my goodness I have been using that pizza mix for 40 years, me and my brother started cooking home made pizza as teenagers and now even my adult children are still using this product and soon even my grandchildren will learn homemade pizza style with this pizza mix . Has stood the test of Time lot's of memories keep making them.
Growing up I would eat those CB pizzas until I got sick! We would make them on a cookie sheet and we didn’t put anything on except the Parmesan cheese that comes in the box. Lol. The pizza sauce that comes in the kit is my favorite pizza sauce of all time. I actually crave it from time to time. I need to buy one of those kits….it’s been years since I had one. Thank you for the reminder! Excellent video! 👻😁🧡
I love Halloween too! I love the smells in the air and the cooler weather, these recipes look amazing to me,definitely going to try them thank you Kristen❤
I love yours and Taylor Elmores content so much, you are the only two I continuously watch on RU-vid even tho I'm subscribed to 10 million different channels. Your both just so homey and relatable.. never gove up your social media gift Kristen!!
I just wanted to say I freaking love all of your videos!!! You are so real, raw and creative! Keep up the awesome work! Also happy Halloween to your family! ❤👻🎃
I've loved those pizzas my whole life. They can't find the pepperoni one anymore it was my favorite. Something about the pepperoni soaking in the sauce. Everything looks really good. Love the pot pie and cipcakes
Hey Kristen,it's that time of year again,I just love to go back and watch these over and over.you are so creative and just the most fun momma 😊my kids are grown up ,but we get together often and I still love , holiday fun themed cooking and all the Halloween classics.my oldest sons bday is Oct 28th.we are BIG HALLOWEEN LOVERS.thank you so much, for these great ideas😊🎃🎃🎃wish you all a blessed day 🙏❤️😊
Such cute ideas! I wish I would’ve known about these when my kids were younger. I’m not sure what we’re having for Halloween dinner yet, I want to do something cute even though my kids are 16 & 19. We don’t celebrate much, except carving pumpkins. Happy Birthday to your daughter! 👻🎃
Kristin, I love watching your videos. Your voice is so soothing and the meals you make are awesome. Do you have a PO box so subscribers can send you things?
You did a fantastic job. Very concise and informative video. I truly appreciate your effort and your recipes have inspired me to make for my parents, residents and staff as I never was married or pregnant, so no children. Thank you.❤
Kristen!! Oh my goodness, I have been eating boxed chef boyardee pizza my whole life! People that have never had it are always skeptical when I make it with them, haha. Not gonna lie, I feel like the sauce is the best and the pizza is best after being in the fridge overnight and is either a midnight snack or used for leftovers!
Great job! So many cute recipes! 👻🎃Your kids will look back on those memories with love and perhaps pass the tradition down and do the same special things for their kids! ❤
Your quesadillas are so cute!! You might have had an easier time cutting them before you cooked the tortillas. Makes me with I had little ones around. My kids are all grown and on their own. I'll have to save all your ideas for my future grandbabies!
We have mummy dogs, Jack'O Burgers (hamburgers with Jack 'O Lantern faces cut out of the cheese slices), orange soda, a Halloween Cake from a box, and some sausage cheese dip in the crockpot with orange and black tortilla chips.
Never too long or boring to watch you Kristin. Happy Halloween and Happy birthday to your daughter. My daughters birthday I the 15th so she's my almost Halloween baby 👻🎃
I always do a chili bar. I take a few hot dogs and carve them into finger shapes. I throw them in the microwave for about 30 seconds and then put them in the pot before serving. They look so freaky!
